This Pizza Hut used to be descent. It has totally gone downhill. We ordered pizza and bread sticks and were told they would be ready for pick up in 15 minutes. I got there in 15 minutes. Our pizza was ready but they said the breadsticks were going to be 5 more minutes. We get the pizza and breadsticks home in about 5 minutes since we live close. The breadsticks seem like they are a week old… so gross! They are stale and hard. The sauce they came with was freezing cold instead of piping hot. Then the pizza… the pizza tasted old as well and was cold! I’ve had pizza in my fridge that was 2 days old that has tasted better than this did. This was hands-down the worst pizza experience I’ve ever had. The green peppers on top of the pizza tasted like cigarette smoke… inedible. The only thing that was descent was the Pepsi we ordered, which they almost forgot to give me until I asked.

The worst pizza experience I’ve ever had. Ordered online, received it on time, but was not what I ordered at all. Called back, had to wait 10+ minutes to speak with a manager. Manager was cool, said they would fix the problem and have new pizzas out for free of charge. When I received these new pizzas they were the exact same pizzas I had originally complained about. Called again had to wait 20+ minutes, actually ended up hanging up and called back. The second time I called, I was put through right away. Explained what had happened to the manager. Manager didn’t say a word, didn’t apologize so I just hung up. Every other Pizza Hut is pretty awesome, except this one. I advise everyone to avoid this place.

OMG… blah! We ordered wings. You think a place that has nicknamed itself«wing street» would be able to present a decent wing. Not a great wing, but a decent wing. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The wings were small, very little meat, gristly and the skin wasn’t crispy, it was soft and mushy. These were absolutely disgusting. The only good thing about this experience… it’s unlikely I’ll forget how bad the wings were so I’ll never order from Pizza Hut again.

Pizza delivery was pretty quick even though their computer couldn’t find our address. We are in a new subdivision, and they have been delivering here for about a year. But our pizza was made very sloppy. We ordered a half Veggie lovers half meat lovers. I had green peppers on every slice of the meat side. I can not eat green peppers and my side was ruined by a LAZY pizza maker. Maybe the manager doesn’t care or the pizza maker doesn’t, but they BOTH will, when the orders stop and they aren’t working anymore. Makes you wonder who own’s the place and how much they care for their customers.

I’m not much of a Pizza Hut fan, but this is the closest pizza place to my house(even within a short walking distance). So yeah, I do get pizza from here from time to time. At least it’s not Domino’s, though it’s been a long while since I had pizza from there so that might be unfair. Note: like most pizza places nowadays, there is no seating for inside-dining, so don’t expect to eat there. You’ll either order delivery or take-out.

Can’t complain too much about delivery service since the few times we have used them they were timely and friendly. The website is great for ordering pizza if you can get it to work. Good coupon specials but love how the company has so many little charges tacked on to that original great price so by the time you are done the bill has doubled. This location has food ready most days on time but consistently screw up the order. I attribute this as likely to management failing to staff adequately as it always seems pretty busy. The quality of Pizza Hut has deteriorated so much since its early years that it is no longer my first choice for pizza and often the pizza is tasteless. But this place takes checks and that is handy since I have teenagers who take all my cash! Since there are family owned pizza joints in the area that are better priced with improved product they get my business most days. Wish the chain would revert back to some of the early practices of fresh dough and straight forward prices. At least Domino’s is making an effort to get customers back

So, next time I move to a permanent residence that I am purchasing, I must remember that the availability of delivery pizza is incredibly important and should factor into one’s decision to purchase a home. A week into living into our new permanent home, it was time to order pizza. I for some reason thought that pizza hut was our only option. Turns out, it’s not, and thank God for that. I submitted my order online at 7:57(thanks email confirmation!) for 2 medium pizzas. It was Sunday. Not a football season Sunday, or a massive post-church potluck Sunday, just a «I am not cooking tonight, and it’s way past normal eating times for families who love pizza» Sunday. Pizza Hut informed me the pizza would arrive within thirty minutes, or at 8:27. Around 8:40 our friends showed up, and my 9:00 I realized I should probably call. I called, and spoke with someone who sounded somewhat in charge, who told me in the slowest, most dragged out way possible that«oh…your pizza’s not there? …It probably shoulda been there by now… our driver left half an hour ago.» But basically couldn’t help me at all. I called back again 15 minutes later to tell her that the pizza was still not there. «Oh…that really shouldn’t have happened,» she said. She did give me half off my order, and told me to call back at 9:30 if I hadn’t heard. She ended up calling me back a few minutes later to tell me that her driver’s car had broken down, explaining the delay. She said the pizza would be remade, and sent within a half hour at no charge. That was very nice of her, except that in my opinion why she didn’t call her driver after my first call, which would have sped up the process by 45 minutes, baffles me. Our pizza did eventually arrive, but it still somehow took over 45 minutes, even though we were again quoted 30. By this time it is just past 10:00 pm, over two hours after I ordered. I know staff can be sluggish and cars could break down, but it just felt like there was no initiative, and even when rectifying a problem, it was done as slowly as possible. Next time we move, we are totally doing a pizza dry run.
