I would give this place a single star but in the end they tried to make things rights, it just took them a minute.
I ordered a large pizza, 4 cokes, and a Philly Sandwich on ¹²⁄₂₃ via their web site. The site is nice because it shows you the tracking of your order from start to finish. When I placed the order it was 5:54 pm and the web site showed a 20 – 30 minutes delivery. At 6:45 I contacted the store because the food was not here, it was below normal temps, and the site showed that the driver left the store at 6:24. Our house is literally less than a mile down the road from the store, merely 3 4-​way stop signs and that is it. The female employee who helped me advised me that they are busy and that the driver had a quad delivery (I assume meaning delivered 4 different orders) and that not to worry that my food wood be hot and the driver should be here in 5 minutes. At 7:14 pm the driver showed up with our order. Nice guy, advised me that they were super busy and sorry about the wait. Understandable and expected. However once I got upstairs I realized that the bottom of the pizza box was cool. I opened it and the pizza was cool in the middle, toppings stuck to top of box due to not having the plastic thing for support and the pizza and sandwich were cold and the cheese had that «crusty» look. I took a bite of my sandwich and a cold Philly is just nasty.
I called the store and spoke to the same female. At first she seemed like she didn’t believe me that it was cold. I told here they could come pick it up if they want. All they could do is credit my phone number the $ 45 bucks I spent for the order. On ¹²⁄₂₇ we decided to cash in on that credit and give them another shot. This time the female who helped me claimed to be the manager and that no credit was shown under my number. At first she went off my home phone as I assume it showed up under caller id. She rattled off what my last order was and I informed her that that was what I last ordered, then it dawned on my that I use my cell number when I purchased online. I gave her that, she rattled off the order and said it would be here in 10 – 15 min. She repeated the order and included the sodas. The order didn’t show u in 15 minutes but whatever. When the order showed up, it was completely wrong. Missed half the toppings I wanted on the pizza and the sandwich they sent was a chicken sweat and spicy thing, not a Philly. It was not my taste and just nasty. So I call the store and get a guy by the name of Ryan. He didn’t believe that I had the wrong sandwich because he said he made mine himself. I simply told him that I don’t want a new order or a credit, I just won’t order from this store again and that they may want to call the customer who’s sandwich I got so they won’t be pissed. He looked in his system and found the order with the sandwich. He stated that he would give another credit and apologized and all that jazz. I was pretty perturbed so I didn’t care one way or the other. He said he worked there for 12 years and I informed him that he should be the manager and not the person who first helped me. After all how can you possibly get an order wrong the second go around when it is in your system and you repeat the order back to me. Ryan offered to send a new sandwich and pizza and I declined. About 30 minutes later the driver shows up with a Philly sandwich. I ate it the next day and it was okay reheated in the oven.
So only because this kid Ryan tried to make it right is the reason I gave 2 Stars, if not it would be minus 2. Horrible management who seems incompetent and lacks customer service. This wasn’t the first time they FUBAR my order but cold food for $ 50 including tip is not cool with me.

Delivery as ordered and within the time frame agreed. Absolutely no reason not to post positive review. Expectations met.

Hands down the best Domino’s to order from. Great pizza great staff! The pizza is always hot and fresh. The drivers are always super chill. I highly recommend them!

This place is horrible! Dirty restaurant disrespectful staff and low quality food. The one thing that stuck out to me most was how rude the so called managers are to other employees and customers! Immature sarcastic and rude! There’s a woman there who is about 40 years old and Hispanic who is the worst! So rude to her employees and customers! Some people don’t deserve to have a job, even that low class! Not planning to return and support that. Unbelievable.

I have been ordering them forth e past 3 years. Its about a tip… and nothing but a tip… I has a order about 2 years ago and tipped the guy 100 bucks… guess who got the tip… the caller and even to this day… had teh same guys come to my house because of my 1 tip… Fuck this group. I tip because I care, and the guy I talked to did not even get 1 cent of the tip he needed help with.

The service at this location is terrible. The last time I ordered, my pizza arrived with all of the slices in a pile because the box had obviously been turned upside down. When I ordered today, the online tracker gave a 15 – 25 minute window; when I called after 40 minutes to check on the status, the girl told me that «We’ve been having a really bad day here» and that my order hadn’t even left the store yet. I cancelled it and will move on to trying another place.

Live in Shell Beach and placed an order online for carryout. The online tracker gave me a 12 – 17 minute pickup time. So when I arrive 30 minutes after placing my order the lady at the desk said she hadn’t even started it. She was somewhat rude and tried nothing to recover her error. I cancelled my order and will not be back.

Sign says «open». Like illuminated «open» like «hey come get pizza here», but its closed. Amazing that their Unilocal page would agree with me and say they are open.

Have ordered my food online a number of times for pick-​up at this location… The staff has always been friendly and my order is always correct. This is definitely a family favorite when we have that craving for pizza! (It may not be Klondike’s, but it is fast and cheap!)
I recommend a pan pizza with chicken, bacon, and jalapeño! Yummy… The jalapeño and bacon cheese bread is great too, provided you enjoy the heat like I do!

This review is based solely on dominos not this location — I ordered the new chicken the pineapple jalapeño and the sweet BBQ they were both too sweet and too small I thought my husband and I could split them and be full but the portions were too small. For that price they’re should be more chickens I don’t care if it’s being prepared with sauce. Which was too sweet– passed the bliss state! I could get more chicken for my money anywhere else. Probably even at jack in the box across the street. As for this location. Loved when I walked in they were playing Rodney O and Joe Cooley’s — But you don’t hear me though! and even singing the lyrics. Seemed happy friendly and casual. But since I never liked dominos pizza and now the chicken fiasco I won’t be returning.

Never really been a dominos fan, wanted to give them a try. Ordered two pizzas for delivery, told us 30 minutes… Should up over 2 hours later!
Never again!

Remember when Domino’s overhauled their pizza and image years ago?
This store never got the memo.
Do you love a place that burns your pizza, skimps on toppings and delivers very, very tardy? This may be your place!
What a crappy pizza. The other reviews are totally correct, they deliver LATE! We were promised a pizza in 45 minutes. It showed at TWICE THAT! and hour and a half.
I guess it took them that long to burn it. When it arrived, it was cold, burnt, and tasteless. We got a double pepperoni, and a ham and pineapple. Both were burnt, dry, tasteless. They clearly had been skimped on in the crust, sauce and topping department. The dough had hardly risen (they probably cut back on yeast, which can be «expensive»), the sauce was nearly nonexistent (again, one of the pricier parts of a pizza) and the topping were pathetically sparse and skimpy.
I’ve eaten Domino’s in many cities, and always happy with the result. But the Arroyo Grande Domino’s is not up to par, it’s terrible. If you want to wait 2 to 3 times as long as you would for any other pizza, and get crap for your trouble, order here! Otherwise, AVOID!!!
