I went here today and went through the drive through, me and my brother were both hungry so we ordered enough for the both of us and my mom. Got home only to realize that they didn’t give us half of our order. Grr!!! Nothing is more frustrating than having something planned for lunch and having to make something else because I didn’t get the food I ordered. word of advice, check your order carefully before you leave and make sure you got everything.

God I hate jack in the box! Especially this location! Always rude and ignorant employees taking your order no matter what time of the day. I feel like everything here tastes exactly the same! AND it seems like everything is fried! Everything! It’s DISCUSTING! I had a friend that worked here and said that they change the oil like every 2 weeks to save money! Absolutely gross!!!

I ordered and paid for my food. The employee took the money and without washing his hands went back and worked on the grill. After complaining to a couple of employees about it, I asked to speak to the manager. I was told the man who took my money «is the manager». I tried to explain to him that I didn’t want germs from the money on my food. He acted like he didn’t understand English well and went and put on plastic gloves. I won’t go back to Jack In The Box again and will advise friends and relatives to do the same.

Only ever used this place one time, because the place is so small it is geared for drive-​thru, and I was a walk-​in. I received rude service. I was picking up food for several people and, while the worker was taking my order, I got stuck for a minute on what to get for one of us (there was no one waiting behind me). Yeah, I might have been annoying not ordering quickly, but the worker had to show so much that she thought so? She was eager to go back to the drive-​thru window where… is she polite? I would doubt it. This is the closest fast food to my home so it’s a pain that it’s so unwelcoming.

Worst fast food ever. I ordered a club chicken sandwich meal, with no tomatoes, and a JR Bacon Cheeseburger. Got a cold cheesesteak? sandwich, cold fries, and the JR Bacon Cheeseburger had a beef patty the size of a half dollar. Biggest upset ever. And will they take care of this? NO! They don’t care. Never going here again.

Its okay. I ordered the hot mess burger when it was available. It tasted amazing and I don’t know why they didn’t add it as a permanent menu item. I would suggest this place at night since it’s the only place late really late at night. 4 stars.

I don’t come here at night anymore. They consistently screw up my order on the night shift. When I point out that my order was wrong and ask for my money back, they refuse to do so and point out the 1 – 800 number I can call to complain. They won’t even tell me how I can contact the manager.

It is 2.15 AM. Hungry; you took a hit from trusty friend in herbal crime «Adam West.» Flying kites so late, you want tasty in your stomach. Where to go? Well, in AG, the only place, really, is Jack.
Fast food is never great. It just gets the job done of taking away your hunger. Especially when you don’t care as long as something is in your stomach.
