I’ve been here three times in the last two weeks and I honestly can’t complain about the service. In fact they have been really great in my opinion. They have been friendly and prompt about getting me in and out of the store. I even witnessed one of the employees stop a guy who was trying to cut line just because he had some big boxes. Employee politely explained in the smoothest manner that he couldn’t just get him a receipt when others were waiting. Diffused that really quick and I tip my non existent hat. Good job guys :)

My package was destroyed during transit and I could not be reimbursed by UPS because the UPS store was the only one that could submit a claim and they refused to do so. Hours on the phone wasted. They are lazy and unethical.

I went in to ship a package back to a supplier. They wanted to charge me $ 167 for a packages I paid $ 61 to receive just 4 days earlier. Said my packaging was not sufficient for the insurance I desired. I took that same package to a «REAL» UPS location and they said the packaging was fine and charged me $ 57 to return ship with my insurance. SERIOUSLY! THISISNOTCOOL. I WILLNEVERBEBACK.

I’ve had occasion to stop by here twice recently, and each transaction was quick and easy and painless. The Good: — I haven’t had to wait more than a minute for help. There’s always plenty of parking, and the quick turnaround definitely makes this a good bet for speed freaks. (I’ve, uh, definitely experienced lines at my USPS office!) — The employees seem able to read my mind, and it’s never difficult explaining what it is I need to do. The Bad: Nothing yet, fortunately!
