Visited this store for the first time today to complete a printing project. The staff and manager were nice and helpful. While my first package was printing, the printer jammed, and suddenly began printing my information from a different paper tray, with the wrong paper color, fortunately the manager was able to fix the printer and gave me a refund on the misprinted pages.
The manager understood the importance of my project, and offered to help in any possible way to make my printing experience more comfortable.
I will definitely visit this place again.

I usually end up at FedEx in chaotic situation: my printer is broken or I’m out of ink and I need something printed very quickly.
This location has always provided stellar customer service despite my frazzled disposition. It’s also a little intimidating to walk into a room with lots of giant printers and other machinery. The staff are friendly and helpful in navigating the machines, managing my anxiety and answering questions. I usually leave this location in a timely manner with exactly what I need.
The only downside to this location is parking. The lot provides spots for maybe 10 cars and it’s an odd shape that’s difficult to get in and out of.

We went here for passport photos. First of all, they charged $ 14.95 per photo (comes in a set of 2). For that price they should at least let us see the result before printing the pictures. I didn’t like the result of my daughter’s picture, her eyes were squinting. They said I would need 3 photos per new passport applications, n 2 for renewal, so we had to pay $ 5 extra to make copies of each of the pictures. We had to wait for 20 minutes to get the pictures done, that’s when I saw the result of the pictures. I wasn’t happy with the result, but they were not willing to take another photo for my daughter. We spent $ 80 for passport photos for 4 of us! That’s ridiculous!
We went to the USPS for our passport interview, n found out that we actually need JUST 1 PHOTO each! What a waste! Advice: don’t go to this place for passport related photos, go to SAMs club or Costco if you have, they only charge $ 4.99 for a set of 2.

Stop at this location to pick up my online order. To my dismay i mistakenly sent it to the location on the other side of town. The young lady tried to locate my order and placed a call to find my order.
She was super sweet and pleasant.
Beware there is massive renovations going on so it looks closes but they are still open for business.

Today I needed to send back an iPhone to Über. Just as the information said, this location was able to find the information for the existing account and use my phone number to provide free return shipping.
I was in and out within ten minutes and overall was able to accomplish what I needed.
This and other locations seem to share some common challenges. Customers are never greeted properly, a quick friendly acknowledgement to put you at ease and make the experience pleasant. This location was no exception.
I had to take initiative to organize the waiting customers in the order they arrived. The woman who helped me was helpful but seemed cold and unconcerned with any conversational niceties.
Thank you for helping me get my errands done, I will continue to kill your employees with kindness until I get a genuine smile back one day!

If you are not in a hurry then they are ok.
Compared to other FexEx stores they do not live up to the expectations.
I went there at 5 in the morning. No one else in the store but myself and 2 clerks but they said it would take 2 hours to finish my order. 100 copies, 2 sided, color.

Really nice but but not helpful at all.
I’ve been to other FedEx places and they all have heard the same thing about this location.

Had an emergency need for a resume so I called this location and spoke with Brandon first. He gave me all the info I needed quckly and patiently as I might have sounded a little concerned about timing… so I decided to come in right away. Brandon knew exactly who I was when I came in and he stopped everything he was doing to provide me with great and fast customer service! Not to mention it’s a Saturday evening during rush hour. I literally was feeling so happy after I left Fed Ex that I stopped everything that I was doing just to say, Brandon you are truly awesome! Thanks for taking good care of me! It’s great prices and good folks like you that make me excited to be a loyal customer!

Service is always great here. I just need to actually remember to buy ink for my printer at home so I don’t have to keep coming here and paying about $ 10 to use their computer and printer. At least the facility is always clean and staff is super helpful.

This location was very detail oriented even to the point of calling me to let me know that the graphic was smaller than I had originally anticipated. They worked hard to make sure that the final product had an image that was clean crisp professional looking and delivered was being paid for. This is going up in a professional office and requires certain image. They accurately promised and superiorly deliver. They presented a specific time line and had everything ready and waiting upon my arrival. The location itself is very clean although a bit difficult to gain access to. Once there you will find plenty of parking so nothing to worry about there. The staff is very friendly and professional and ask several good clarifying questions before starting the project another sign of their attention to detail.

Brought my three year school project in the lament and bind. First time they did a good job. I had to get two more book the second book they messed up my last page. They had to rescan and lament again. Close enough bur not super happy! Lucky they did not charge the redo. The funny thing is on the receipt it ask for me to do a survey. Oh don’t worry I will!

I came in to get some resume, cover letters, and contact sheets printed. I brought everything in on my USB, and the guy at the counter was able to pull it up and printed them for me. They had several resume papers to choose from. I had a total of maybe 12 pages printed, and it only costs about $ 2. Super cheap, and affordable! I’d definitely come back for my printing needs. I got the job, so will probably need an updated resume in the future.
Parking is quite small, and kind of difficult to get out if the lot is full.

I had a project due at 11 and I got here at 10. I needed to get a plan of 25 pages spiral bounded. I went in and was greeted by a women helping a customer. The guy helping me was quick and efficient. I had my papers bounded and was out of the store in less than 10 minutes. The total cost was around $ 6 just for the binding.

SLOW and unfriendly are the two words that come to mind! They appear efficient and I don’t need more friends but a little more of a «welcoming attitude» and smile would be appreciated.
