Yes, they have a lot of Spanish speaking staff but everyone also speaks English. Dvaval the Manager is great. He troubleshooted my phone and my wife’s phone and quickly found solutions to some difficult issues. He also switched out an Iphone 6 for me and got me another hard to get model. Used to be with ATT and was paying more for less. I can see why T-Mobile is stealing other companies customers.

Totally Un-American! They speak Spanish(central and South America) so that they discourage other people of other ethnicities from coming there. My derive provided told me that the store overpriced my iPhone 6+ and totally discourage me from going to any t-mobile authorized user before giving them a call!

I have had a STELLAR experience with this store. Sure, you may be in for a bit of a wait to be seen by a representative. This is because each customer is granted undivided attention. Its quite a welcomed change due to the fast pace of the surrounding area. All of my concerns were addressed, and no detail was missed. I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for 11 years, and this was the best customer service I’ve ever received.
