Bellagio Pizza and Subs

Placed an order at 10:20 on a Wednesday night from the Bellagio website, and they said that they were accepting orders until 11:00, while numerous third party websites said that they were accepting orders until midnight. The order was not complicated (did not include a pizza) and we live a seven minute drive away from the building. Seven. Minutes. I could walk there in a half an hour.
11:30 rolls around and we call to check on the order, since the website said there was an estimated wait time of 30 minutes. No one answered the phone, and we got the recording that the restaurant was closed. When we called the
company to get the charge removed from our card, they said that Bellagio had confirmed the order so they were «probably on their way.» So now we’re stuck sitting and waiting, at quarter to midnight on a weeknight… and completely unable to get in contact with anyone regarding the order.

AWFUL!!! I asked for a turkey burger which was on his menu and got a cold turkey sub with zero let/​tom/​onions. So cheap on the ingredients! When I called to confront him, ‘Chan’ said he doesn’t have a turkey burger. When I asked why he didn’t then call me back and tell me, he said he thought it would be ok. Nope Chan, it wasn’t. French fries were also a bag of Olé Ida frozen crinkle fries that were still frozen and required microwave heating to be even slightly edible. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This place is disgusting. I made the mistake of ordering for pickup, so while I can’t complain about the long wait like everyone else has, I can tell you that this joint is filthy and gross. I wish I had the guts to walk out without paying. As it is, I couldn’t eat the food. Afterwards, I looked up their record from the Arlington County Health Inspector, and I’m glad I didn’t.
Based on the other reviews here, how do these guys stay in business?

This place is awful, and its owner and employees are guilty of some very underhanded and aggressive marketing. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

If I could give it negative stars, I would. Ordered food at 8:00pm; it arrived at 9:34pm. Part of my order was missing and the pizza was burned. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM HERE.

If there was a «no star» rating, that would be what I would give this place. I am soooo pissed right now. This people HAVE NO IDEA what they r doing. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE or even call them for a delivery. First of all it took them over an hr and a half to bring the wrong order and on top of it the guy refused to give me a refund. Mind you, this just happened. And as I told him, if I dont see a refund in my acct for the full amount dor the food that i sent back, I WILL SHOW UP WITH THE COPS AT THE PLACE… tehy r the WORST place I have ever encountered… SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION

Do I really have to give a 1 star rating? I would give a zero if possible.
I have never had the food here, but I tried to order it. The guy on the phone was a real a**hole. My pizza did not come within an hour so I called and he said «soon». 30 minutes later I called and canceled my order. 30 minutes later, the driver calls me and asks where I live. I told him I canceled my order but he could not understand what I was saying. SPEAK ENGLISH. Will never order from this sh*thole again.
And, they drop flyers off on my front door. Very annoying.

I’ve only ordered carry out, but the sauce is excellent (a bit of a kick), and the toppings are great. Gyros and tandori chicken are my favorite. Bread sticks are excellent, too — same taste and texture as P**a J***s.

This place is bad, like, tainted food bad. We ordered an Italian and turkey sub. Both sucked. The turkey was slimy and smelled sour. We tossed it after a few bites and my wife felt sick afterwards. The bread sucked too, but that is standard for DC.

Horrible Pizza and Service.
The owner is very rude and grouchy.

Ordered a Pizza for the kids and a GYRO. Brochure said «FAST Delivery». 1.5 hours later I called and the guy on the phone said 3 min. 30 min later a guy delivered a burnt cold pizza. The Gyro was good. 22 204 location

Someone slid a flyer for this place under my door. Decided to test it out. So, mark #1: it took me repeating my phone number at least 10 times on the phone for the guy to get it right. They definitely do not speak English well. Mark #2: Driver calls me 2x from the road to get directions. He has no idea where my street is and I LIVE ON A MAIN STREET in Arlington (which is about 1 mile from this restaurant). Mark #3: Order is delivered with missing pieces (which means that I’m not going to pay for it until it’s corrected). Seriously, I haven’t even gotten the food yet and can’t even deal with this mess. Based on the other reviews, however, it’s not going to be worth it.

Got a flyer for this place in my apartment building and decided to try it out. The first problem is the food is not very good. We got wings and pizza and both were worse than what you could get from Domino’s. The pizza and wings might have been better if not for the second problem which was the hour and a half delivery time. When we called after a hour an and asked where the pizza was the place lied to us and said it was 5 minutes away. When the food arrived it was not fresh, presumably because it took 1.5 hours to deliver.
