I visit this location periodically and always left a satisfied customer. Today’s visit was a lot different. I worked in the food industry for 12 years so I have extreme patents & understanding when I go out. I waited for a total of 25 minutes for 3 cheeseburgers and a large fry. When I got home,(a half mile away) the burgers were so cold the cheese didn’t melt and the Large French fry container looked like someone already ate half the order. I have a microwave, and probably didn’t need a large French fry anyway but the part that disappointed me was the server. All I needed was a «thank you» from her and I would have a completely different attitude about this visit. Manors go a loooong way. I think next time I’ll try dickies BBQ next door.

I think one stars pushing it with regard to the service received at this particular location. They made me wait 20minutes before they even took my order at a time when it was barely even crowded at the location. Once they did take my order I had to wait another 15minutes to get it in hand. Completely pathetic for a fast food joint.

This is the worst sonic in f history they overcharge you for food that you didn’t want they ring up the wrong items is still charge you you have to drive all the way back just to make sure your food gets corrected the only thing they do is give you a free drink coupon for drinks tonight … I would never ever ever recommend this sonic for anybody in my mf life not even my worst enemy.

There seems to be an abundance of young customers to which the staff caters specifically to. Unfortunately for the BUSINESS, their young friends that work inside don’t seem to care about much else than talking and playing with their playmates outside via the ordering booths. Honestly, in a day where you can get a good quality of food pretty much anywhere and considering that this is a fast food joint, I feel comfortable giving this place 2 stars even if the food is spectacular, since the motto for customer service exclaims«To heck with ratings!» — even before receiving my food. Having to wait 10 minutes to get a response from the wait staff while seeing younger people walk up and get service faster than me points to a blatantly obvious clue that the manager here isn’t performing the right type of interview.

I work right by this place. Love the drink combos. Frito Pie is good too. Customer service here is descent to me. They always seem to be in good moods. Best part about this place!!! Cowboy Tots!(plushy Tot that sits in your car window). This was a genius promotion they did YEARS ago. If you have a Cowboy Tot you can get drinks at this location only for half price anytime. 2 drinks per order. I use mine ONTHEREG.

Went to sonic to get breakfast, had to repeat my order three times and it still came out wrong after waiting for 15 min… waited for another 10 min and it came out wrong again. When the car hop finally brought out the correct order he was laughing about it with his fellow employees and the girl on the speaker acted like it was my fault and was completely rude. I don’t appreciate being treated so poorly when I am spending money at your establishment. I would rather go 10 minutes out of the way than come back here.

Just had a chili cheese dog. I think the person who made it did so with their eyes closed. The dog wasn’t in the bun and the chili and cheese was spread along the outside of one side of the bun. The inside of the bun was dry. Looked bizarre and was difficult to try and eat. Tator tots were good, though, but if this is how they serve their main food items, I won’t be back to this Sonic.

Went after a day at hurricane harbor. Plenty of ordering spaces and our service was quick. I do think that they gave me a regular drink instead a diet, but I was feeling forgiving, so I drank it anyway.

eh, not too sure if you’re supposed to tip the carhoppers. but glad i didnt cause when i took a sip of the ocean water i bought, the cup seemed like it was filled up halfway with syrup. had to go to quiktrip and dump some out in another cup and fill with sprite. lets avoid this place. =|
