Horrible. Nasty bathrooms. Couldn’t make change for $ 100. No napkins. Soda dispenser broke. Terrible customer service. Three girls working and only one knew what was going on. Won’t be back to this location.

I enjoy this location and love that it’s open 24 hours. My sandwich tonight tasted great, BUT my service was a shame =^/the lady who made my sandwich looks like she hates her job or her life. I’m staying in LaQuinta next door for a month for work and my coworkers agree that she has a surprisingly uninterested presence at a restaurant chain that typically has warm, welcoming, peppy employees. For all I know, she just had her car towed or her grandma died last week explaining her demeanor. I’ve worked in the customer service and hospitality industry my whole life and hope this employee is just going through a rough moment and not like this all the time. All 23 of us at the hotel are turned off of the place, unfortunately.

Great décor. The only Subway I’ve ever been to with a fireplace in the dining room. Not the fastest Subway I’ve ever visited and they were out of pepper jack cheese but the place is spacious. The décor encourages you to It for a while. I’ve never wanted to hang out in a Subway until this one.

Worst subway ever especially the manager you ever leave your car their to even use a restroom it will get towed my car and my friends car got towed in a matter of 15 minutes i was away. Subs are discusting very cold not well cooked.

Meh! I like Subway but not loving this one location. My coworkers and I did not receive the most warm invite to this Subway location. The staff were not friendly and the service was really lethargically slow. The venue’s layout was soo confusing and dismal. It’s massive but not a lot of seating. I spent 23 minutes waiting in line until making my request for my sandwich. The staff was very cold with an attitude of «What the heck do you want on your sandwich, NEXT!» I think this staff needs a case of Act Right or a refresher course in learning how to be courteous. The staff was offering a lot of eye rolling and snarling at everyone who ordered. Instead of complimentary customer service. My own department manager was displeased by the service which made our visit a little awkward. I hope the best for this subway! Mo betta sandwiches elsewhere.
