The staff is often confused and the coffee is bitter, but the paninis and smoothies are good so i will typically stop here for breakfast when I fly out of Reagan. Plus, it usually beats the line at Dunkin usually which is really it’s biggest saving grace.

Just found out(at the bleary-eyed hour of 5:20 am) that Bread & Chocolate supplies the baked goods for Primo Cappuccino. No wonder the muffins are so good!

1. The credit/debit machine is out so prepare to wait in line forever only to get a hand written receipt 2. I bought a fruit cup, which was about $ 5 for some reason, and it was moldy when I went to eat it. Ew! Can we just get a Starbucks or an au Bön pain in the U.S. Airways terminal? Thanks. UPDATE: they also put my credit card number and expiration date ONTHERECEIPT. Wow.

I don’t know why I’m bothering with this review and it’s rare that I do poor reviews, but the customer service here is terrible and of course, people will still want their java while waiting at the airport, but just in case anyone reads this: Problem 1: The cashier skipped me and took the order of the folks behind me. I waited for her to finish their order and mentioned to her that she skipped me. She continued to take my order… Problem 2: When I ordered a Large Americano, she grabbed the small cup. When I tried to tell her that she grabbed the wrong cup for my large Americano, she said«it’s plus tax». I’m guessing she thought I was complaining about price?! Due to something being lost in translation, I didn’t bother to argue with her anymore and told the barista personally that the cashier grabbed the wrong cup. Problem solved BUT that was the most tragic interaction EVER. On a side note, the Americano was good. I’d give it 3⁄5 stars.

Picked up a Caprese panini on my way through DCA to get to RDU based on the recommendations here. This is a pretty expensive place to get a sandwich. Over $ 11 for a flatbread sandwich with tomato, fresh mozzarella, basil and pesto so minus a star for that. But they gain back a star because it was actually pretty good and piping hot. The elderly service employees struck me as tired and bored but that is actually more normal for me than to get the suspiciously perky employees at other airline concessions that have to bust through airport transportation and security just to stand there and serve food. Regardless, it’s nice to see a different sign in the concession line-up than(god forbid) Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts.

I had to throw my caramel latte away, the taste was horrible. I tasted sugar and some other type of concoction. Definitely not going back.

Comically, almost unbelievably small«large» coffee. I had to get 2 to get a reasonable amount of coffee in me. BUT they had cinnamon at the bar and prices were actually quite good for an airport. So that balances to a «pretty decent». It’s certainly better than most places at DCA behind security!

I ordered a flavored latte and a double chocolate cookie before my flight today. The girl took my drink order and then I repeated my order to the guy who rang me up. When she gave me my drink order she chastised ME for the guy not charging me for a flavored latte. Then later on my flight I realized the guy did not give me the cookie I ordered. Not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things but the way the girl treated me was extremely unprofessional given that the guy was clearly at fault. I hope her management sees this as she should never treat customers this way.

Lines moved pretty quickly once customers decided what they want. I thought the cashiers were friendly and quick. I ordered two paninis and an almond croissant. The paninis were placed in a paper bag together, and the croissant was in a separate bag. The cashier then asked if I wanted a bigger bag and when I said yes, she gave me a plastic bag. She was very pleasant and perceptive. The almond croissant was delicious and sweet and for $ 2.45, it seemed a bit steep but it was worth it. The $ 7.50 paninis(I ordered two Italian paninis) were good and fulfilling. The cashier asked if I wanted them heated but since I was saving them for later, I said no. When I did eat one a few hours later, it was a little soggy but fine otherwise.

The black bean and avocado wrap is mostly dry lettuce inside a tortilla. Not appetizing, and the few bites with avocado and black bean were just ok. Can’t speak to their coffee, which I didn’t try.

Coffee is decent but they use cantaloupe and honeydew for their parfaits, a little fact you don’t find out until after you’ve paid $ 5.50 for it. Melon in a parfait? Blaspheme

Grabbed a cappuccino and the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast panini. The cappuccino came with a banana or apple, which was nice. Good food, good price. A nice start to a day of travel.

The coffee here is as good as Starbuck but without the expense. A great stop for coffee lover who loves to not overspend.

Shouts to Primo! Cappuccino. Hanging out now at gate 40 sippin on some hot Joe right now. I got to Primo!(best coffee in DC and NY Penn Station) at nine an I guess they had just closed so my man hooked it up on that net basis. That means that it was free. Unparalleled customer service and unbridled charisma make Primo! my go to spot everytime I hop a puddle jump back to Queens.

Good food, for quick airport stops. Service was terrible. Watched employees give condescending looks at snappy answers to guests. I.e. customer: «Did you cut my sandwich in half». Employee: «we cut all of our sandwiches in half» followed by an eyeroll.

$ 4.28 for two bagels with cream cheese. Not bad DC. Not bad at all. Especially for airport food. They usually try to charge you an arm and a leg. The workers were very friendly. It was early in the am and the woman at the counter was very chipper and seemed excited about taking my order. She made chatted with my little sister and was all smiles. Very pleasant.

One star for affordability — I paid $ 4.87 for a coffee and a scone. The 2nd star is for quality. It wasn’t bad… but I was CRAVING a coffee and let’s just say this didn’t quelch my thirst! Every airport needs a Starbucks or Au Bön Pain. End of story.

As the first reviewer claims, this place is nothing to write home glowingly about. Still, there are worse places in this airport, so ranking them on a curve. PC is a fly-in, fly-out joint. I had a large PB/Choco cookie and a coffee. The staff was friendly and quick on their feet. This is all I ask for in an airport snackspot, next to the need for something digestible. Coffee was fine. Cookie was large, but a little crunchy, sans chewy. Oh well. Tasted fine, though maybe my taste-buds were distracted by the frenzied rush of catching a flight. They have some healthier options, too. 3-stars for being good enough.

This place blows dead dried hairy moose balls. This was the one and only time in my life I threw shakes in the trash. It was VERYARTIFICIAL and tasted funkier than your grandpa’s drawers. You’re welcome for putting you guys on the map! Ordered: –Oreo Cookie($ 3.80) –Funky Monkey($ 4.25) Total came out to $ 8.81 after everything
