Starbucks

Love the fireplace in winter to sit by, drink and gab to neighbors. Had a chestnut praline latte with whip cream. It was very good.

Customer service is lacking. My order was wrong. no big deal. so why the attitude when you have to fix it if I wasn’t upset?

Hey, for fresh brewed coffee and other coffee drinks they are consistently good. The teas are equally top shelf. The menu line up is better than before, but I still think improvement is needed. I currently am a gold star member and would recommend anyone that likes or frequently goes there to sign up. They have cool offers and freebies!

Went here almost daily during my two week stay. There was never really a long line & always had seating available inside & out. The baristas were always very nice.

I lived in The Concord and having Starbucks downstairs was awesome. Truly the baristas make this Starbucks experience great per normal. The atmosphere is loaded with ambiance like a fireplace and comfy seating.

The manager, Pam, despite me loving my Starbucks, I’ve on observed her lack of prodessionalism with employees AND customers. Her attitude, appearance and approach in how she handles ppl is lacking and she will benefit from leadership coaching and probably corporate observation of her on the floor. I’ve heard her scold her employees in ways that I wouldn’t talk to my child. Her highlight, the way she laid put the floor plans for products.

Warning: check the hours on the weekend! They operate under different hours than traditional Starbucks.
I come in for the morning crowd between 0730 – 0800. After 0800 you’re at least 8^th in line. At 0730 you’re the 1^st or 2^nd. The patrons of this Starbucks are regularly uniformed (military) or in suits during my time here. The drinks are regularly received within 10 minutes of entering the store, and that’s record timing coming from a DC location.
The baristas are usually friendly with a smile, there’s always 1 that’s hit or miss, but my drinks have been spot on. There’s nothing worse than ordering a no foam latte and receiving a grande cup with half the drink scooped out bc they don’t know or care to know how to do personalized drinks.
In regards to the parking there’s an unload/​load zone in front of the Bozzuto Concord apartment building that allows for a quick in and out, when that’s full there’s 3 or 4 spots on the curb across the one way street. I’ve found that this is generally a Starbucks used by patrons that can walk.

This is a very interesting Starbucks in Washington DC I have been to multiple Starbucks across the country but I have to say I have never been to a Starbucks that has had a full fireplace inside as well as a waterfall that you can watch and listen to as you’re drinking your coffee or tea. The stuff here was friendly I came here once in the morning and I came here once in the evening in the morning the place was absolutely packed there was a line out the door. in the afternoon it was not crowded at all I just wanted a hot tea and I was glad that I came here because there was virtually no line.
The décor and here is very modern there’s glass doors and the waterfall creates a great touch for the Starbucks. As far as what they had on the menu, the same as every other Starbucks in the country. Starbucks did not offer anything different besides the waterfall in the fireplace. If you’re in the area and you want to get coffee or tea you can stop by here there’s also a couple other Starbucks is around the area if there is a line in the morning I would suggest walking in extra block and a half and just trying another Starbucks.

Bad customer service and the store manager was not polite she shouldn’t have this position or she need more training about customer service.

I’ve been going to this location for over a year now during office hours. The staff is really friendly and attentive, and they’re fairly quick even with big crowds. It’s generally clean and tidy. People leaving reviews here saying that the service is slow must not go to many other coffee shops… sometimes drinks are slow to make because they are complicated and have many steps involved. Sometimes a couple of these such drinks in a row causes a slow down to your «simple» drink. Have some patience, man!

Parking is tough but there is rarely ever a line. The baristas are friendly and quick.

Excellent staff and environment. Baristas try their best to make the environment welcoming. They also try to remember your name and drinks. They seem to work as a tight knit team. Love the fire place.

The place is ok even though a little bit dark inside. The bartender are very unpleasant. and apparently they seem to be nice only with the men.

This is a nice place with good people. The codfee is hot and the food is good. Parking is on the street.

Well what can i say, this place is just overly populated with individuals that hang around for several hours talking very loudly. It is always crowded and never quiet.
This location is the closest to my work, so it is most convenient for me to use. The service is meh, sometimes things take twice as long as other Starbucks locations. This is supposed to be a quick process, but not here.
I’d say avoid this Starbucks if you can.

Unimpressed second visit in a row. The oven is broken so they cannot make breakfast sandwiches. Staff is chaotic and disorganized. They are friendly but it should not take so long to get a simple drip coffee. I am really going to miss my old Starbucks over in Pentagon Row.

I’ve been to this location about 4 times to either grab an iced latte/​mocha for myself or to accompany a co-​worker. Each experience has been pleasant. If the line is ridiculously long, there’s a very proficient employee (I don’t know her name but she wears a headscarf/​head-​wrap type thing) that gathers everyone’s order prior to their arriving at the cash register. Once you make it to the register, just let the cashier know what you ordered and pay up. This really does speed up the process because usually, by the time you get to the front of the line to pay, chances are your order will already be complete! I’ve never had to wait long.
They staff is knowledgeable and they make each drink with precision. I’ve always encountered pretty nice employees here.

I really enjoy the location of this Starbucks especially with the outdoor seating. It is a nice place to go on my remote work days. It is also right next to one of my favorite italian deli shops. The employees are very friendly and helpful. This past visit my clumsy self knocked my whole coffee over and they quickly came and cleaned it up and replaced everything I ordered. If I had any complaint it is that the wifi does not reach very well to the outside seating.

Do not go !!

In theory, it should be convenient living so close to a Starbucks. However, while most shops can churn through customers during rushes, this one is SO SLOW in the morning. There is no sense of urgency behind the counter, whether there is one customer or 20. They lose my business about 50% of the time because I know if there is even a short line of 2 – 3 people it will take me about 15 minutes to get a drink.
The coffees are standard Starbucks fare once you actually receive them, but I would expect no less from a giant soulless international corporation whose sole purpose is to set up coffee assembly lines that produce mediocre but consistent coffee drinks.

Closes at 2:30pm on Sunday? Why even open? LAME.
Obviously this location is only there to serve Mon-​Fri office workers in the area.
