We visited this restaurant while on our trip to six flags. The hotel we stayed in was right across from the restaurant. The restaurant was nice. The food is different from any other Mexican restaurant I’ve been to. It wasn’t my favorite. I prefer traditional Mexican food. This place definitely has its own taste. The waiters were all super friendly. The waiters had great customer service. The manager named Andrew even came over and gave us some coupons since it was our first visit. This place was pretty expensive. We paid $ 50 for two dinners, an appetizer, and a alcoholic beverage.

Dined at OTB. 4 times in 4 days. As there were no other. Restaurants near the Howard Johnson I was staying at. Had chicken nachos which were excellent. Tortilla soup excellent. A huge Steak Burrito. Very good. And a beef brisket taco. Also excellent. The staff was very pleasant. Service fairly quickly. Prices reasonable. Highly recommended I’ll come back.

Slow service/bad service and staff has an attitude that guests are upset that service is slow/bad. Forever to get drinks and food! I rarely leave bad reviews but this place is very bad today and staff doesn’t seem to care!

Eh, this place is basically an expensive Taco Bell. I ordered food to go one day on a lunch break and waited at least 20 minutes before we arrived to pick it up. We waited inside the to go pick up area for about 5 minutes before we even saw anyone who worked there. Once we did she told us we would have to wait even longer because the food wasn’t done. There was also another lady there waiting for pick up… I ended getting shorted on my change because I got her’s instead! But anyways, the food isn’t good enough to be as expensive as it is! Skip and get get some T-bell for cheaper. The best part about this place is probably the free chips and salsa…

Very great experiences here! Service is awesome! Happy hour is unbearable! Avocado fries, chicken empanadas, guacamole, queso, fajitas, rice, grilled chicken, chicken tortilla soup, charro beans, nachos, it’s all great! It’s really great food! Service is always awesome!

We’ve tried several times to give this restaurant a chance. Every time they failed miserably. The last time we were told it would be a 15 minute wait for a table and there were no fewer than a dozen empty tables. We opted to sit in bar. Our waitress was so overworked the service was poor at best and it was clearly not her fault. When a good server brought us our food we asked for another drink and a plate. We never saw him again and he didn’t tell our waitress. We’ve been comped our meals twice for poor service. We won’t go back. We like the chain just not that location. Obviously needs new management.

This location is awful. The service was horrible and the food was cold except the fajitas. Will never come back here.

Always a good stand-by. Their menu posts caloric content of all their items, and service is reasonable, prices reasonable and overall, a good place!

I’m in the bar tonight. It’s the only place you get happy hour drink prices. But my margarita is way too tangy. Too much something that isn’t tequila. I did get a big bowl of tortilla soup that’s perfect for the weather. I would suggest they wipe down their drink menus occasionally. Mine felt sticky. Wanted to wash my hands after touching it. The temperature is also very warm in here.

JUST left this place due to poor service. Upon arriving me and two of my buddies were greeted at the door by a very polite host. However, after we are seated NOTHING happened. A worker came to our table and gave us chips and salsa, but didn’t introduce himself or even look at us, so we had no idea if he was our server or not. 5 minutes pass, and still no server. We already finished about half of our chips and we were dying of thirst! After 10 minutes of no one coming up to our table and asking us what we wanted to drink, we just got up and left. Oh and usually I’m VERY understanding when waiters take a while due to busy nights. However, this place was DEADON A FRIDAYNIGHT. Seems like people have the right idea about this place. Avoid at all costs :)

I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty everything was after stopping here after a Cowboys game. The waitress service in the bar was GREAT! My plate was very hot which was also great. The irony was that I asked to see the manager on my way out — to compliment him — and after waiting almost 10 minutes, I just left. The hostess said he was too busy to come talk to me. ?? So that brought it from a 5 star review down to a 4 star.

Pretty good Mexican food at good prices. There are also special deals on multiple course meals. Come during the week when there are special during happy hour on apps.

I was delighted with the service and value when my friend and I went yesterday for lunch. We both had lunch specials, and since it was«happy hour» all day(Labor day holiday, I guess), my friend took advantage of the happy hour pricing for a couple tall cold glasses of beer. Our server, Clarissa Nicole, was fantastic. She kept my drink refilled — the strawberry lemonade is delicious! — and our chips and salsa topped up. I give their salsa high marks. Just hot enough for me, and great flavor. My enchiladas were the perfect portion size for lunch.

I was upset at the moment, them I tough well maybe they are actually a couple. Who knows. Absolutely NONO at wirk. I hope these is not a sex harassment case… shame in that management.

What the blink has happened to this location. I’ve been a regular here since this location opened in the late 70’s /early 80’s. This has always been one of my top go-to Tex-Mex places. The food, service, and oh the margaritas were always perfect. But the last several times we have been here it’s just not the same. I assume it’s a new manager that just is not as determined as ones in the past because ever part of the place has dropped off. On our last visit, we order 2 large margaritas(frozen), after a little longer than it should have been(the place was dead) our server finally brought out our drinks. Our frozen drinks were all but melted. When we commented he just looked at us.(I don’t think his English was enough to understand what we meant). We sent back the drinks expecting new ones to replace them but the never came. After about 20 minutes I went to the bar to get the drinks myself and the bartender gives me glasses fresh out of the dishwasher. The frozen drinks were instantly melted. When I refused the drinks she said«well that’s the way they come.» At that point I mentioned that maybe she could put them in ice to cool them off and that’s when she just turned and walked away. The food arrived in a decent amount of time but it was just barely warm. 2 meals and both lukewarm it was not bad but it definitely was not good. I asked for a manager but one never arrived. I just ate and left. I’m sorry but we will not be coming back for quite a while. Hopefully the management will change soon before this store dies a slow tragic death. It used to be so good.

Service was great, there were 5 of us in there and they had everything filled and refilled before you ran out. Chips and salsa are pretty good, big chips that you need to break up to eat. We opt for the queso dip and it was excellent. I had the 3 enchilada meal and they were pretty good. I couldn’t finish the beans and rice, and I was full. My meal was one of the specials so it came with a desert as well. I ordered the sopas and they were good. I had them bring both sauces, the honey and the chocolate. They were both good. Glad other people at the table wanted to try as I would never have been able to eat a full one.

Great service here at the Arlington location, come pretty frequently and can’t complain. Given the span of visits over the past 6YEARS, it still is a favorite hangout spot for me and my bf! Happy hour is 3 – 7 and 9 – 11 Monday-Thursday, and all day after 3 on Monday and Thursday when there’s a NFL game on! Way to stoke out football fans like me! To cut to the point, good Mexican food in a chilled environment with good service.

Love their new brunch menu! I had the fajitas w/eggs and thought they were awesome! We will definitely be back for another brunch. Besides the brunch, the atmosphere is great & the service is quick & friendly.
