If I could give a zero, I would. First of all, incense burning in your lobby is unacceptable. What smells so badly that you have to burn incense at multiple locations in the lobby of a fast food restaurant? Booths/​seats were dirty with stuff (crumbs and dried out sauce) clearly visible. A&W machine broken. Orders were incorrect. Had to use the restroom. Two of the three stalls were Out Of Order and the third toilet was already occupied. When walking into the bathroom, my arm grazed the door and came away sticky. No soap in one of the dispensers and no paper towels at all. We love LJS but will not be going to this location again. Ever.

I am in shock that a fast food restaurant would have the nerve to sell a kids meal with rotten hot dogs inside of the mini corn dog meal and then accuse me of not eating them as soon as I got them, as if it would have changed them somehow if I hadn’t waited until we got home to give them to my kids who refused to eat them after taking one bite. The owner knew they were no good and definitely expired because of his defensive and over bearing attitude when I called, well I’ll be following through with this one. Please don’t eat this food the restaurant is dirty and has flies on the ceiling the counters the food prep table and God only knows where else. Should be ashamed of himself for serving this to a child

I don’t go here often but whenever I have, the experience has been positive. The food is always really good and they usually have good service. I need to start eating there more often.

Love LJS but you guys got to fix the RootBeer machine (it was broke) and you’ve got to get rid of all the flys (I don’t like to share my extra crispies with anyone.)
