This place is terrible, but the young lady with a little acne on her cheeks is very nice. She told me my food would be hot fries and no onion on her burger. The old man in back cooking does not know what he doing. My fries were very cold and burgers had onion on it. Please stay away from this piece of crap place.

Don’t know how this place is still open. They are always out of something. No chili cheese for hot dogs or no root beer floats because machine is broken. The one time the machine was working, they gave me sour ice cream. The workers are slow physically and mentally. Don’t waste your time, do yourself a favor and go around the corner to sonics

5700 Collins Street in Arlington, TX — I won’t be back & I’ll tell you why. The Wounded Warrior project is very near and dear to my heart. I’ve donated over the years and support any business who places focus on patriotism. I go to my local A&W to support that initiative and from the owner I get«Sorry, we do not participate in that». I caught that he rolled his eyes when turning away. English is not his first language, let’s leave it at that. This isn’t the first incident I’ve had with this store.

I wouldn’t recommend eating here. The hamburger meat was precooked and then microwaved… I don’t understand why they do their burgers in this fashion because the restaurant was empty. My friend and I were the only 2 people there at the moment so there was no need to cut corners. The fries were cold and soogy.
