This place had me at hello in the early part of last year. If I had to choose between a sausage egg and cheese croissant(with jelly) from here, or a sausage mc muffin at Mc Donald’s…I would choose this place in a heartbeat! It has a small town/diner feel to it and majority of the people that frequent here are locals so it’s a good way to chat up neighbors. It’s a no frills awesome place to grab breakfast. :)

The perfect breakfast spot. The prices, service and portions are way better than Metro 29, and it’ just down Lee Highway. It might look small, but it’s friendly, yummy, and you’ll never have an empty mug of coffee.

I have been to Linda’s Café multiple times, but only for breakfast. This is the perfect place to go when you are looking for large, cheap breakfast at a no-frills diner. The menu includes all the typical American breakfast foods you would expect. Most recently, I ordered Linda’s Breakfast Platter($ 7.99), which comes with: — 2 eggs, any style — home fries — ham, bacon, or sausage — toast(4 slices) What a deal! The food came out quickly and really hit the spot. My waitress came by several times to fill up my coffee, which I always appreciate. You will leave full and feeling like you got your money’s worth.

I was expecting something so much more from the greasy spoon diner. The food was not as good was we were hoping. Maybe there is a special something to order that is that amazing but we didn’t get it. I think I would steer clear of this place if I were looking for a good breakfast. My advice, Look else where.

Love it here… when you want a true diner experience with the prices to match this is your place. You can go sit up at the bar and watch them make your food in front of you. Staff is extremely nice and welcoming. I suggest you go here anytime you are in town!

Small, family owned diner with staple diner food. Have only come for breakfast. Always wonderful service by some great people. Great experience every time.

Awesome place! I’ve been here twice now and enjoyed every part of each visit. A cozy little diner with warm staff and great food. If you sit at the bar the chef, Feliciano, cooks the food perfectly, and is happy to make special accommodations(he really is a happy guy, as his name, with the root«Feliz,» suggests). The waitstaff is great, too. I had the french toast with coffee about six months ago and the spinach, tomato, feta cheese omelette today(great smothered on the wheat bread) with orange juice and home fries today. A savory and healthy breakfast. I won’t wait so long next time before returning!

A very solid 3 star diner. The place was comfortably busy on Sunday around 1130am. I’m not sure but I think it is seat yourself? The service was perfectly friendly and food came out pretty quickly after ordering. I got the combo with french toast, eggs, sausage patty(very good) and home-fries. I couldn’t quite finish it all. All of it was pretty decent. No frills. Home-fries could be a little better, some of them had the overfried stale kind of feel. Hubby had the combo with eggs, bacon, toast and home-fries. Some people mentioned the place was dirty but I didn’t really notice unless looking down at the floor.

Usually I go to Metro 29 Diner, which is a good solid 3 stars. At Linda’s Café, my ham looked like no other, and I am from pig country in Nebraska. My grits were definitely out of a box and were watery. Eggs were good and over easy. The grill was disgusting and filthy. My service was excellent, Romey asked numerous times if there was anything else he could get me.

Food was exactly what we ordered. Didn’t knock our socks off but didn’t disappoint either. The convenience here is exceptional — No wait to sit down & easy to park! The staff was very friendly & welcoming! Service with a smile could certainly be their motto!

Ok, the food is three star average diner food — no complaints and good for those mornings where you gotta do the American Diner thing, but don’t want to make a big deal out of it. What makes it a four star review for me though is the warmth and kindness shown to me by the regular staff. By my third visit they were already remembering me like a long lost friend or family member. It’s a blast from Arlington’s past before the millennials came of age and started ruining Arlington for«regular folks.» Yes, you’re ruining it. Now hush up.

The staff was great, the food was OK, and the place was dirty. I went there for breakfast. I had french toast with bacon. It was OK. Simple food with no frills. Kind of like this review. Ordinary bread covered with egg and fried. Nothing about which to write home.(Simple writing, for sure, but are we primitives?) The bacon was good, thick and tasty. The floor was filthy. This place was OK. There are many other places to try that are better.

Excellent food! Great service. Doesn’t look like much from the outside… But has a great feel to it inside. Very«hole in the wall”-esque. Definitely a regular place to get breakfast/lunch/brunch.

Linda’s Café is my favorite breakfast place around Arlington. I’ve been many times. There’s hardly ever a wait, although it’s not unusual to find it busy. It’s a friendly, comfortable, no-nonsense atmosphere. The wait staff is always attentive and on the ball with keeping coffees or other drinks filled. It’s fairly quick too. They’ve never botched or lost my order or the orders of anyone in my party. Can’t speak too much for their lunch or dinner items as I’ve nearly always gotten the breakfast. The Linda’s Combo and Four Deuces are my go-to items. I’m a big fan of Linda’s Café!

Linda’s is the best. Yes it is a greasy diner — but it’s much more than that. Linda herself is the sweetest person ever — and it’s like visiting family with every trip. Notice the pictures on the walls of kids and weddings — those aren’t Linda’s kids — they’re customers. A testament to the type of place this is: one worth coming back to. PS– get Linda’s Omelette.

This is an awesome place. Classic diner with countertop seating and a huge menu of quick, cheap and delicious food. Service is pleasant and patrons clearly are locals. Small, but comfortable. I had the steak egg philly cheese sub — yum! My son the pancakes — big, fluffy classic. Good place and perfect alternative to Mclean family diner, Mylos, and Metro 29(pricier).

Linda’s Café is a greasy spoon, it’s not dirty, it’s old. Standouts were the waffle and French toast. My omelette wasn’t so great, the onion and pepper wasn’t properly sautéed and was crunchy. The homefries weren’t crispy or particularly warm. The service was very prompt and friendly, coffee was hot and fresh. This place is just fine for a greasy spoon.

Linda’s Café is a classic. Unpretentious, friendly, inexpensive, and serving quality food and coffee. Usually full of regulars, and friendly staff. As I am from the south, I compare it to a Waffle House, but with pancakes and french toast. In NoVA standards, I compare it to Vienna Inn. I have only gone for breakfast, but they have a pretty lengthy lunch menu as well.
