Kitchen & Bath Factory

I just completed a complete kitchen renovation with kitchen and bath factory. Fabulous experience and I’m completely satisfied with the experience and results. KBF is a small but personal business on Lee Highway. They have a good showroom, and use a cabinet maker in Pennsylvania. First step is a rough estimate from bob the owner. Then David the designer meets you on site with a potential contractor. Together you plan the design and David draws it up. I used glebe appliances for my refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. KBF coordinated with Dabney at glebe appliance so I had little to do other than pick what I wanted.
The job was scheduled to start Dec 1 and it did. Rafal, the onsite independent contractor handled everything. Destruction, renovating pine floors, plumbing, electricity, paint, cabinet installation, and appliance removal and installation. He did a perfect job. Everything happened on schedule as planned. Easy communication with KBF by phone and email, and with Rafal by text (as well as personal interaction every morning!). Job was scheduled for completion dec 24 and we hit the mark with a small punch list. That was recently completed. Kitchen is everything I envisioned.
There are more KBF reviews on Unilocal.I don’t know why they are not showing other than they are all extremely positive. That was my experience. I highly recommend KBF, Glebe Appliance and Rafal. They were superb.

Update: I held out and finally got my builder to allow me to use Kitchen and Bath Factory cabinets. They are beautiful, and I’m so glad I fought for them! David and Bob are very professional and helpful, and there are no hidden costs or surprises. You’ll sit down with David and he will walk you through every element of the design, and you’ll see the costs pulled from a menu. No mystery and no drama. The other thing I like about David is he doesn’t take anything personally. If you don’t like something or have a question, he will calmly explain all of your options to you, without making you feel like you are being judged. It was an extremely positive experience working with them, and I’m looking forward to the bathroom vanity cabinet and the custom entertainment stand that they are going to build for us!

Kitchen & Bath Factory Inc provided us the best design plan for our kitchen and we interviewed 7 other kitchen designers/​contractors. They also provided very competitive prices. Perhaps best of all was their quality and service. Bob and Dave were very much personally involved throughout the entire kitchen renovation process from design to installation. They are friendly, professional, and have amazing attention to detail. The contractor that Kitchen & Bath Factory Inc had us work with was also excellent and we plan to have the contractor do more work on our house in the near future.
