The first problem here was the temperature in the building. Second problem was, the restrooms were out of order because the control valves were frozen and the worst is this, no out of order signs. How sanitary is this place. Other then these issues, I didn’t have any bad customer service or inaccurate order. My recommendation, either they lockout the restrooms or they should be shutdown until the heat issue is repaired.

This is the best location of KFC that I have ever frequented. I don’t say this lightly because I am a serious lover of fried chicken of any kind (Bön Chon, Popeye’s, etc.). The chicken is moist and fried well, the wedges are so crispy that they seem double-​fried, and the biscuits are fluffy rather than the hockey pucks you get at some other KFC locations. I am really surprised by the other reviews because I feel like this KFC puts as much love into their food as you can get for a fast food joint.

I don’t think I’ve had a good meal here since I was a child. They pre-​make the sandwiches so you’re left with a dry piece of meat on a hard bun. The strips aren’t nearly as good as they used to be and McDonalds has been making better popcorn chicken. Every now and then I’ll get wedges and a pepsi since those are the only two things they don’t ruin.

As good as a KFC can get. Never had any problems here. In the same lot as a Taco Bell, and you can order Pizza Hut as well.

Can this place be any more incompetent? I ask for a grilled chicken and wing meal to go and I get home and find a drumstick in the bag. This goof up begs the question — how many places do you know serve a breast and drumstick together? I mean, this is a serious no brainer! And not only that but I totally loathe drumsticks.
Drumsticks suck.
