Went to this location on Friday November 7th with my mom, dad and sister to buy some shoes for my ill mother. The entire time we we’re looking at boots (about 30 mins) the 2 employees NEVER asked if we needed help. I had to approach the young lady to ask her questions. Then the gentleme employee approached us NOT to ask if we needed help with anything but to stare at the boxes we had laid on the floor and give us attitude about the mess around us. (Which we were going to clean up) and said «some people just don’t care» to the other employee. These employee obviously don’t know what their job titles are suppose to be. We won’t be going back to this location just because of the customer service.
