Family Video

Dropped in to find a movie. Was greeted by a very friendly employee the moment I came through the door. I perused through the titles and found a winner. Made my way up to the front and waited for the lady to finish answering another customers question. She quickly made her way around the counter to check me out. She apologized for not having the new movie pamphlet for May for which I told her it was no big deal… (I suppose she saw me holding the one for April) She rang my movie up and got me checked out quickly. I left happily with my movie in hand. Quick, simple transaction with a friendly face. Service that keeps you coming back again and again. A side note: this is a very tidy store, a previous review had stated it wasn’t and seeing as the other review is old I just thought I would throw that out there.

Terrible pricing, the movies are extremely scattered. One associate was restocking movies and decided to leave boxes on the floor (huge trip hazard). Will not return
