Went in to sell a stack of classic DVD’s and they offered the worst prices I’ve even seen! They offered as little as 10 cents. yes10 CENTS for a DVD that they would in turn sell for $ 7. Don’t even waste your time selling old stuff because its a rip off. The store does have a great selection, but the prices are all over the board. The check out process was painful as there were 2 clerks running cash registers and another was just standing there watching. The line was at least 5 groups deep and it took 20 minutes just to make a purchase.

I like coming here to get hard to find Dvds to buy. The prices are reasonable at best! However on their 3D Dvds they are a little to high for husband’s liking. Overall you can come in and find most new releases and hard to find movies. Also the option to purchase your old Dvds and games are an added bonus as well.

I have to say this is a good store but they have some issuer! First is some of the employees aren’t very helpful at all nor talk to you very nice! The second is a BIG ONE is the handicapped parking is so high modified vans can NOT park there and the management refuses to fix it! The dumb companies use other dumb companies to fix their handicap parking so they dont get sued but these dumb bos aren’t even handicap so they dont even know what it is handicapped people need! It makes me mad I have to just almost fall out of my chair to get in and out of there! That’s a big law suite! So, I dont shop here anymore since they’ve screwed up their parking!!!

The company as a whole is great… This store alone is awful. They have comics and a pretty good selection of movies and games. The store is not taken care very well. Games are not alphabetical different system games mixed around I myself saw a dozen instances while I searched. The back wall containing family dvd is ALWAYS a mess. There was trash laying around and movies scattered all over. It wasnt even in a couple stacked piles. The employees do not care whatsoever. A manager would not move her lazy butt to show a customer where something was instead she shouted over us to the girl. They do not have a set place to check trade ins and we are having to move down this way or that way.
