Slow as can be and to top it off, order a bagel with cream cheese at the drive thru to only get home and have a smidgen of cream cheese on the bagel. What a waste of time.

I love Dunkin. I prefer there coffee over any other in the DFW. I wish there was more locations, but hopefully they build one soon. This location always makes the perfect iced coffee. Not too much cream or sugar added, but it is the perfect amount. There usually isn’t a long line in the drive through, so you can get your coffee and doughnut in less than 5 minutes. It is a little farther drive then I would like to go for coffee, but it is the closest Dunkin near me. I will always recommend Dunkin over Starbucks!!!

DONOTGOFORCOFFEE! Let me preface this by saying I have been to Dunkin donuts in the Chicago and various locations on the east coast. Dunkin donuts is by far one of the best places to get coffee from but not here in Texas. If you like coffee that tastes like water by all means this is the place for you. I ordered a regular coffee and it tasted like water. It was horrible!!! Everywhere else dunkin donuts is known for their excellent coffee. EXCEPTHERE. I miss Chicago or the east coast.

Gotta lower my rating… I had been going to this location regularly for a while but I’m frequently disappointed and frustrated. Slow, disorganized, frequent mistakes, food not made properly… I *need* you to know this location is not representative of the rest of DD’s across the country or even others in the DFW area. On top of the service issues the parking/layout is terrible. I may continue to go occasionally(some sort of addiction, idk) and will update if things improve.

Went to dunkin donut and had ordered 2 Boston cream donuts, first off they put them in a paper bag with napkins, chocolate everywhere. Then they tasted old. Got half dozen glazed and I could have bought better glazed at the grocery store. My business will continue to go to the local donut shop or Krispy Kreme!

I’m from Ma where there is a DD on every street corner, gas station, and convenience store, or at least it seems that way. Been to this location 2−3x in the last two months. Service was ok, but slow. I also found a lack of consistency. My iced coffee would either have too much sugar or too little. Love Dunkin donuts, it was a staple of mine for years but the DFW locations I’ve been to don’t measure up. If I go to a McDonald’s in TX, MA or Vancouver, BC I expect The same product. DD doesn’t seem to be there yet.

How can I give them no stars??? My husband ran to get our«birthday» donuts for our three year old and he returned with a bag of donuts all thrown together!!! He said the lady who waited on him kept yawning and acted annoyed. This is the third time we have«tried» to give them our business and will defiantly be our last trip. Too bad they don’t care! Sad they will go out of business with service like this!

I don’t normally frequent Dunkin for myself but occasionally for work. In my line of work we often take goodies to influencers over certain programs… Try and sweeten the deal. Donuts, bagels and muffins seem to always do the trick. I was so excited when this location opened! A Dunkin down the street from the office — how convenient! We’ve been here three or four times and it never fails to be a piss poor experience. While the cashier seems nice enough, she is most certainly missing a couple crayons from her box. On the last visit I found my eyes growing involuntarily wider and my mouth seemed to hang open in awe. She literally asked my order five times. Now I know you want to be certain but are you completely void of your short term memory? The service was painfully slow and the workers on the other end were rude. They had to be told four times to put my bagels in a box… They didn’t care to look up or acknowledge anyone until the bagels were bagged up and suspended in the air before my face. What was supposed to be a quick stop ended up being almost twenty minutes of nonsense. You could see frustration on everyone’s faces at this nonsensical process. Hard lesson learned for me… Two thumbs down.

Disappointing today. They were out of flat bread, spicy egg and lids. No apologies, just matter of fact. Thankfully they had donuts. This sounds petty: but take a look at the frosting on the donuts. Very skimpy.(This coming from a girl that doesn’t even like a ton of frosting!) Oh, Dunkin… let’s do better because I love thee.

I have never had better customer service. This location is fantastic for the rare occasions I frequent DD. Every time I go I have to get the hot and crispy hash browns, an wake up wrap, and coffee. It’s a great«cheat» meal and the staff is so darn friendly and the inside is always clean.

Waited forever for a Dunkin Donuts. Food is good.but.I have gone there three times recently really wanting some donuts and they we almost out of donuts. Twice after 7:00 pm at night and once mid-day. Yesterday they had like 6 dounts out and only one type which I hate. Seriously I want a donut in the evening. You guys are open until 10:00 pm so why out of donuts at 7:00 pm. You suck. If you are going to stop making donuts after mid-day why don’t you close than also. I can only hope another Dunkins D opens that has evening hours… geez!!!

The kolache was small for the price. The rainbow donut barely has any sprinkle on it. The only good thing was their coffee. Not that psyched about this place now.

I don’t like dunkin donuts, but this place has FANTASTIC customer service. I will give them my business even though I would no prefer them when it comes to coffee and donuts. That is impressive.

I love Dunkin Donuts. Being from up North, they know how to make Donuts, the RIGHT way! But, coming here this morning I was hoping for a Strawberry/Banana Smoothie I got from the location I went to in April in Ohio, well I was sadly, mistaken. The lady at the drive thru told me that they don’t have them there, probably have them at the combination locations they have with Baskin Robins. :(I got it with a large to go mug before, and they filled it was delicious.(I’m not a Coffee drinker or anything hot, so anything that’s morning related drinks, besides that I love). Anyways enough of me rambling on. I’m so happy they have come to my area. I don’t like any local donut places around, so now it’s time to try all the yummy donut choices they do have.

I’m so glad they finally opened Dunkin Donuts in this area. Ordered the assorted munchkins and Iced green tea. Waited about 10 minutes at the window because the person on the register went on a bathroom break and locked her register. Munchkins were exactly how I remembered them… so so good! I think they gave me a regular iced tea instead of green tea but that’s alright I know they just opened and probably still catching up with everything.
