First of all I am one to be very lenient of lacking service, but this subway drove me to post this review so no one has to experience what I did. The first thing I see, before even walking into the store, an employee napping at a table right at the front window. After waking up she made our sandwiches with no care and they came out so bad I had to instruct her on how to redo it. After we finally sit down the employees return to the table and are both watching YouTube videos at full volume. We were the only customers in the store so it was very disconcerting having to listen to their videos rather than be able to have a conversation. Subway will always be a great choice for a quick dinner — but the customer service here is severely lacking. Such bad attitudes — and we are buying things from them! Say thank your or smile once in a while. Make your customers feel welcome, not like a burden.

Subs are as all subways, decent, cheap. They have the $ 5 any footlong right now going for October of 2011. I wanted a footlong seafood on italian herb and cheese. They only had half a loaf of italian herb and chese, seafood wasn’t even on the menu. I later saw it in a bin with enough for half a sandwich but the guy would not give it to me. He wouldn’t give me the half a loaf and half another either, he forced me to take a whole one only. they were also out of the honey oat. then he says, we close at 6. I looked and it was 5:08 at the time… so i ended up with a 9 grain whole wheat. I’m sad he did not offer me two halves to make a footlong, i mean seriously it was gonna be thrown out, i hope… At 5:50 he said«we are closed». we had 10 more minutes! we were just chit chatting. Not good service and I will not return again.
