Oh man, I’m so pissed. I’ve never had such sketchy customer service in my life. About six months ago, I ordered some clothes, nail pretties, and phone decorations from their website which is ultra cute. Soo, when the order arrived, one of the phone decorations was the wrong color and the sweatshirt looked previously worn. As in, the faux fur lined hood had hair stuck all throughout the lining. Don’t think I want to wear that… Emailed them letting them know, they said ok, please send pix of erroneous goods. I promptly did, but they didn’t do anything after that! Sent about three more emails asking for them to correct the situation, no response. The topper was when the blouse I was psyched to wear came out of the wash shredded. Do you think they replied to that email? Of course not. Why must they be so lame?

This store/kiosk hasn’t been in the Arcadia mall for over a year. And the phone number given with the address belonged to a Spanish woman who didn’t speak a word of English. Maybe their website is still functional, but maybe that hasn’t been updated either.
