This store is split into two sections: one side with clothes and accessories (jewelry, makeup, handbags, etc), and the other with shoes.
The prices here are very friendly; they’re very comparable to that of F21’s.
The clothing side of this boutique is flooded with clothes of all different styles. But you definitely have to dig through the store to find what you want. In the process however, you might find something else worthy of purchasing. There were a lot of dresses that I spotted within the store that were quite unique — much like the kinds that you would find on online UK boutiques.
There is also a wide selection of cosmetics. Although you can’t test it out to see if they would be worthy purchases — hey! They are all set at very modest prices. The nail polish bottles sell at a price of 99cents each and there were so many different colors!
I came here without the intentions of buying anything, and I’m glad that none of the employees pressured me into making a purchase. The employees primarily mind their own business — fold clothes and such — and make very little interaction with customers. But I will definitely return to buy a couple of things that I spotted during my recent visit.

I had the WORSE shopping experience at this store.
First of all, I have to agree with everyone else that prices are cheap, and so is the quality. You get what you pay for. Staffs are friendly, but the owner is horrible!
So I found 2 same exact shirts… the size Small one was priced at 15.99, and the medium was 16.99. I am usually a small, but want to get the medium just incase the shirt shrinks after first wash since the material is not that great. So I took all the clothes I picked out to checkout and asked to see if the medium wass supposed to be $ 15.99, if not then I’ll just take the small. The staff checked the tag style # against the shirt and found that they match, so she asked the owner. The owner (a skinny korean man with receding hairline) checked the computer and asked me which one I want… I told him I wanted the medium if it’s 15.99 or else I’ll take the small. He RIPED the 15.99 tag off the shirt with full strenghth and YELLED at me «the small is 16.99 too… this is just a tag!.. I can just print out another one!» I told him what he did was rude because it wasn’t my fault that the tag was wrong. He turned around and said «well, you don’t have to buy it!»
I have never encountered anyone this RUDE in my life. The fact that he didn’t apologize for having the wrong tag, but yelled at a customer for $ 1 price difference shows how cheap and uneducated he is. I feel bad for his employees. Anyhow, my friend and I didn’t end up buying ANYTHING. He lost $ 100 worth of business for having such great customer service and manners!

The sale’s are pretty good. I bought a t-​shirt there for only 3.99/+tax.
The t-​shirt had good material too, so big plus. ^^
The negative thing about the store is that the service wasn’t too good.
I bought a nail polish there thinking it was a good sale for a known-​name nail polish.
But I accidentally picked the wrong choice of color and had paid already.
As I was about to walk out, I quickly realized it wasn’t the one I wanted.
So I went back and asked if I could exchange it for another color,
but he ended up saying no. No Exchange. But it wasn’t like I left and then came back the next day to exchange, lol.
But overall, it was AIGHT!

Even though I abhor the Santa Anita Westfield mall (
) with a fiery passion, I can’t avoid it. It just has a bunch of stores (Cali being one of them) where, for some reason, I want to try on EVERYTHING.
Cali (whose signage still says the prior name of «Silhouette») is this cheapo women’s clothing store, pretty similar to Forever 21 but the material’s decent (depending on what you pick up) and the fashion styles don’t scream «WHORE». They have a great sales rack (although you might have to do a bit of digging) and sell basics (like, t-​shirts, tank tops, etc) for super cheap too — only $ 3.99 per piece!
