I recently remodeled my pool and these folks came recommended to me when I needed a start up. Despite the fact that their quote was more than twice what other companies would have charged me, I opted to go with them because of the major investment that I just made. Since I thought a «fresh start» might be a good idea, I opted to use them for regular maintenance. When I got my bill, I discovered that chlorine was NOT part of the monthly bill and I was charged $ 150 for a large bucket of tablets. In the 20 years that I have been a pool owner, I have never been separately charged for chemicals. To say that I am unhappy is putting it mildly. I plan to contract my pool contractor to let people know before they recommend them for service. I may look to find somebody new-​too bad since they did an okay job but I feel that I will be «nickled and dimed» by this company.

I recently switched to Valley Pools from a company I had been wasting money on for years. What a nice change! I am so pleased with the service I get both in person and over the phone. I was in the process of changing my pool from chlorine water to salt water. What an expensive project it turned out to be between both companies. The last company I was using going to overcharge me by 25% and I am so thankful I found Valley Pool because they were efficient, clean and affordable. I would highly recommend them.

Avoid! Rip off all the way, poor service, lazy, comes to collect check. Seriously, if you value your money, avoid at all costs. Takes advantage of people who don’t know any better. Dishonest. Avoid!
