Horrible experience! Don’t use this guy for ANYTHING. From missing first appointment all together up until the end — he was useless. Needed custom metal doors made. They took 3 weeks to give me a «shop» drawing and I got a pencil sketch. I should have cancelled then and there but I was under the gun for time and had just lost 3 weeks waiting. Ray rarely returns calls or shows up when he’s supposed to. I asked for powder coat — he spray painted it. Doors are terrible looking and cost a fortune.
