Well, that was eleven-hundred calories of crap. Do not underestimate this particular Burger King’s ability to disappoint. Do you like your food served at room temperature? Then you may be satisfied with this crew’s consistent forty-five second turnaround, for when you don’t have time for food to be cooked, or even reheated, before it arrives at your face.

5 stars based on exactly what I want from a fast food place for under $ 5. The man who was working at the drive thru(older gentleman) was absolutely FANTASTIC. I was in a rush and he was really quick(I could hear him directing other staff to help get my order out more quickly), it was early but he was extremely friendly, and I had a special order(I don’t eat meat) but he was very kind and adjusted my order with no hassle. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, which was important to me since I was en route to work. I was extremely impressed with the speed, quality, and friendliness of service at this location. I used to go to Carls Jr. for my running-late breakfasts(because it’s closest to my house), but from now on I will definitely be going to Burger King instead. The staff made me feel not only like a customer, but a friend. What an amazing feeling for a fast food restaurant to be able to convey. I had a coupon so I got coffee, hashbrowns, and 2 croissant sandwiches for less than $ 5, and they were tasty~ How can you go wrong?

I live close enough to this Burger King that in the afternoon, when the wind is blowing the wrong direction, I can literally smell the fryers while standing in my backyard. As if that was not repellent enough, there are certain times of the day when they crank the speaker on the menu board and I can hear the purchases that people are making at this fast food giant. All you really need to know can be summed up in their recent $ 11 billion purchase of a Canadian donut shop. I like burgers, and I like donuts… but there’s something about the memory of that insipid King mascot in response to the return of Jack at Jack-in-the-Box that creeps me out enough to not want to eat there ever again. This location has some kind of play area, and a reasonably speedy drive-through from the looks of it. But then again, when you’re purchasing food that requires a 30 second prep time and costs a buck, well I guess you get what you pay for. That is, if you’re paying for coronary arterial sclerosis.

Never a line at this place so the service is always fast, I usually go drive through. There were some nice staffs that worked there and I haven’t been back since they left. I love their breakfast, good and cheap.

I hadn’t gone to a Burger King for awhile, and was given the task to pick up some food for my co-worker from here. I went twice in two weeks, and each time that I left had another reason to add to the list of why I will never willingly come here and pay money for their food. Ever. When I went to pick up some food a while ago, it was late in the afternoon and the restaurant was fairly empty. The only person I could see behind the counter was the woman heating up the burgers and packaging them. I see one of the workers sweeping up the floor and picking up the trash from the ground and the tables. She proceeds to tell me she’ll be with me in a minute, before she walks through the employee doors to take my order. I noticed she had no gloves on, nothing, but she wasn’t handling food and was touching money, so I didn’t think much of it. Afterwards, she goes to grab the broom and sweep up behind the counter while waiting for the burger! And I watch as she scoops up French fries into the box without ever washing her hands. Gross! I don’t know what she touched from cleaning up, but I did see some fries brushing her hands as they went into the box. Needless to say I had lost my appetite and I told my co-worker to avoid eating the fries. My second visit, I came to buy the exact same order for my co-worker. Everything was EXACTLY the same and this visit took place THREE days after the first day — it immediately struck me that the prices were different. They had gone up by about thirty cents! And since my co-workers used to come here all the time and I went back to mention it to them, they told me that this is not the first time. Apparently the workers at Burger King here will enter the food item and the price will sometimes come out higher or lower than the previous time, which is odd. Usually the prices come out higher than before, but just a little so that if you happened to be in a rush, you wouldn’t catch it. I guess the machine makes up random numbers for food items that aren’t on the menu? Or they decided to raise up all the prices by a few cents? And I just wanted to reiterate my last point about why I was so frustrated with Burger King. I came with a few kids here and watched as they ordered combo meals.(This was a few months ago when they had just finished renovating their restaurant.) The worker told the kids that the soda machine was broken so they wouldn’t be able to have the soda. I was blown away because this is a fast food restaurant and to not have soda is crazy. What was WORSE was that they told the kids to order a smoothie or coffee, which they didn’t give them although it was THEIRFAULT the soda machine was broken. NO, they had to pay extra for a smoothie that they didn’t want because the soda machine was broken! I told the kids not to order a combo and just get a hamburger and fries, but they didn’t really understand that Burger King was ripping them off a few dollars for a fault that was their own. tl;dr ugh, all this writing is just making me more and more frustrated. There are new owners here that are stingier than the previous owners. Always understaffed during rush hour. The cinnamon buns in the front look days old, the salads get remarked if they don’t sell by the date they should, and their ice cream has made more than a few people have an upset stomach. SAVE yourself the trouble and don’t visit this Burger King location. I would give them –10000000 stars if I could.

If there were such thing as negative stars. I would give them to this location. They are always understaffed and when you pull up to pay at the drive through window they take your money and ask you to move your car so that they don’t get penalized for being slow with getting you your food. I even went one time during breakfast hours and they told me they were out of breakfast sausage which didn’t make much sense. Choose something else people and don’t eat here.

Worst burger king ever! I only go here when I’m starving and am too lazy to go anywhere else close to home. The food is ALWAYS undercooked and tastes nasty too. And it seems like they’re understaffed because I’m always waiting around for my food longer than I should be :/

Bad customer service. The girl who took the order was rude. I will never go back here again. Where is the customer service??? It’s a wonder why this place is still in business.

Every time I visit, it’s because I’ve forgotten about the previous experience and want to give Burger King another try. It’s one of McDonald’s biggest competitors and still around, so it can’t be too horrible, right? I came across their Facebook page recently and saw they had a new breakfast sandwich: the Bacon Gouda Muffin. Consisting of(as described on their website) «thick cut naturally smoked bacon, fluffy eggs, creamy Gouda cheese, and a tasty herb spread nestled inside a warm English muffin», it sounds amazing, right? Wrong and wrong. The muffin’s texture was akin to a biscuit as it was super soft and mushy. The«thick cut» bacon were tiny bits of hard, overcooked bacon, and the«fluffy» eggs were your standard liquid egg. The Gouda cheese was tasty and very flavorful, along with the herb spread, but after a few bites, it was way to salty to enjoy. I’m positive the herb spread consisted of mostly salt as it was practically inedible. I don’t expect much from Burger King, since after all, it IS a fast food chain. However, the girls who took my order and handed me the food via drive-thru were really friendly(+1 star). I probably won’t be back anytime soon… Unless I forget again. With this review, I really hope I don’t.

Sometimes you need to eat horrible fast food and that’s why I come here. I have to admit I looooooove their fries! But that’s about it. This one has it ups and downs sometimes they’re slow, rude and the food is over microwaved(cooked is inappropriate) but sometimes it isn’t too bad.
