The onion rings here are always delish. The burgers are decent and the service is good too

Have been here a few times since our last review and it has been a lot better. Dealing with the hostesses has been a completely different experience. All of the ones we have dealt with have been welcoming and inviting. Still have issues with food coming out wrong, so that is my reason for 4 stars. However, when the food does arrive it is ALWAYS good. Danielle and Zeke are amazing and we love having either of them waiting on us when we come. This most recent time we had Karlyn and she made us feel like valued guests. Kudos to management and corporate for being active in addressing issues and correcting them. We decided to come during their new happy hour and we got 12 wings for $ 4.50. Not a bad deal getting 50% off. They have select domestic beers for $ 2.50. Red and white wine for $ 3.50. Select margaritas and sangria for $ 4.50 and 50% off select appetizers. I still recommend that you give this place a shot because despite all of their issues the food is very good.

As usual, 4 stars up the hill equals 3 stars down the hill. I’m not usually a chain person but I weirdly like this place, even though I prefer my burgers way less cooked than they will do here. Their medium rare is what I would call medium well, not even medium. Love the bottomless refills on their cups of diabetes a little *too* much, so I try not to come here very often. Service is friendly and they always make you feel welcome.

If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would. My server was great the food was horrible. I ordered the crab cake burger with a salad. The salad was the only thing that was edible on my plate. The crab cake burger was disgusting and soggy with grease it soaked right through the ciabatta roll. It smelled so fishy I had to squirt so much lemon juice on it just to get rid of that fishy taste. I took two bites and I was pretty much over it. I also ordered the fried pickles that was a mistake, the batter was falling off and they were extremely soggy. The only thing that I enjoyed about my meal was my root beer float. I will definitely not come back just because the food quality sucks and was not worth paying 29 dollars. I should’ve went to McDonald’s across the street, it taste better and it’s cheaper.

Today was one of the most, worst experience I have had here again at this location. Service was horrible, employees were arguing among each other, table chairs were filthy. I’m considering to never step foot again at this location or any location indefinitely. Our orders were incorrectly made and at one point one of the severs was disagreeing with us.

My Wife & I went to Red Robin yesterday & had the Arctic Cod Fish & Chips. While eating the fish it tasted soft. Later that night I felt sick. I’m not sure if the fish was bad. I still feel sick the next day. I am writing this review to let other people know to be careful, when you go out to eat. Especially elderly people & young children.

My girlfriend told me this was not the red robin to go eat at. She said it has horrible service. Well, she was correct. Although the food was really good, the service was horrible. The waitress would ask 1 person if everything was ok, then take off before that person was done and nobody else could ask for anything. Took 15 minutes to get a refill and the wrong drink was brought to me, so another 10 minutes to get my drink and two other people. Waitress hardly checked on us, had to flag her down all the time, should not have to do that. I will not be coming back to this red robin, I’ll go to the one in the victor valley mall. I have Always have a pleasant experience there.

The food was good so that’s why I’ll be the bigger person and give four stars but this is the second time the service sucked in the last month. Our servers name was Gina, she was not friendly at all. She was irritated when we did not know what we wanted to order after 5 minutes so she decided to come back about 20 minutes later after I’m assuming one of her co workers told her I was irritated… She came back maybe three times the whole hour and a half we were there(mind you she had one other table besides us) and each time she seemed put off. Every time I looked up to see if I could flag her down, she was in the kitchen chatting… I had to ask for refills and I felt like I was annoying her. Damn Gina! Get it together. Better service = better tips.

Casual place, plenty of parking and great customer service. They offer food for any budget, starting apps at only $ 3. Their new Baka salsa and chips are super yummy. Kind of like a salsa mixed with ranch. Their onion rings are so crunchy and nicely seasoned that ranch or even ketchup aren’t needed. They have a root beer float cake that I can’t wait to try the next time we hit this place up. Coming back!

I’ve read other reviews and I can honestly say they do not match my experiences at the Apple Valley Red Robin. I’ve always received excellent service. My usual order is not on the menu: clam strips and chips. It comes with Cole slaw and I usually order a side salad as well. The food is always fresh. I believe you can sub a side salad for the fries but Red Robin is one of the few places where I actually want the fries. They are bottomless, hot, fresh, and tasty. I’m also a member of the Red Royalty club. I appreciate the free meal for my birthday and with every nine meals purchased. My only complaint is that I wish they would add a bar code to the app so that you can scan it and not have to deal with giving the server your phone number to get credits and rewards. Otherwise, I love the app.

We were told 15 minute wait. 45 minutes later we were seated. They had crossed our name off the list with out calling our name once. No apology was given. Only an attitude from the greeter. Horrible expierence. will not come back.

Had a great lunch on Friday the 12th. Walked in and was greeted right away by a younger guy who sat us(sorry didn’t catch the name). We actually asked if we could sit at a bigger table when we walked over to where he was sitting us and he said absolutely. Most places make a big fuss out of it, not this guy. That was pretty awesome. Our waitress, I think it was ‘Angie’, was very nice and accommodating. She didn’t make us feel rushed at all. Explained a burger to my grandparents. Did a great job. Even the manager strolled by to see how everything was going . I don’t live in the area but anytime I’m up visiting, I’ll defiantly return.

I was EXTREMELY disappointed in our dinner on November 1st after my sons baseball game. Our server Samantha provided horrible service didn’t provide any beverages to our table which were 7 waters nothing complicated to remember. She forgot about our orders and never apologized just laughed and said she forgot and she would be right back, however I feel she even forgot to come back. To top off our horrible service a strand of hair was found in the order of French fries that took 45 minutes. Overall extremely disappointed with having Samantha as our server. Goodbye Red Robin. I was contacted by Business Owner Katie A. from Red Robin who expressed concern by stating someone would contact me within a day or two. However, what seemed to have occurred with my fries and water seemed to occurred with management team… FORGOTTEN. I can conclude management seems to reflect on how poorly the staff is as well. **** I have repeated this horrible story to all my clients when they state they are going to Red Robin for their quick trip in California, please don’t go!

Now I remember why we haven’t been here in so long. When the girl tried to seat us, she tried to squeeze is in a tiny space in the bar area and when we asked if we could have a bigger table she told us very rudely that we would have to wait a long time. So we left and they didn’t even care. I am handicapped but that didn’t seem to matter either. Last time we were here the service was really bad so now we will never go back. I should have read the reviews first and I would have remembered why we hadn’t been there in so long. They definitely discriminate against certain people types in there.

Horrible service. We were seated at a table where servers squeezed between us and the table next to us. Actually having to push against our chairs. None of these even acknowledged us. I asked to be moved to one of 2 booths that vacated. The person seating said they would bus one and we could move. 10 minutes later, no one acknowledged us or took a drink order and neither booth was cleaned. Note the restaurant was half empty and there were 3 hosts standing at the front, doing nothing. Several servers walked past us checking on adjoining tables, but would not even make eye contact. Sad. They have lost our business and we were regulars. When we decided to leave the restaurant after being completely ignored we mentioned our poor service to the seaters and someone who might have looked like the manager, they looked at us in disgust like we were the ones in the wrong.

Only giving red robin two stars because of their menu change ! My husband and I come here frequently and we leave full ! Yummmm was the way to describe this place but now it leaves me with unmmmm??? I left hungry ! Ordered a salad looked like it was a dinner salad ! You now get«garlic toast» It’s about one inch by one inch ! Just shocked at the proportions their new menu serves ! The staff is always great and always treat me kind with a smile ! But not coming back with the menu change !
