Polite but they make lots of mistakes, they got rid of my data plan by mistake so I had to call the next morning to get it back. It was so frustrating!!! Expect to be there for an hr to get anything done!!! Never going back there again!!!

unfortunately i walked in when there were some obnoxious desert trash who felt it was their job to entertain customers as they entered while they wasted the staff’s time. this put a foul taste in my mouth from the start. fortunately the staff was very helpful and courteous and took care of all my problems. BEWARNED this store closes at 7 pm weekdays.
