Service sucked! No one knows what’s going on. Had to wait forever for two people and ask to get drinks.

Disgusting. We got take out and when we got home to eat, we found the wings appeared as they had been sitting in the oven or under a heat lamp for hours. Or were put in a dessicator, because we had chicken jerkey in our boxes. I am so disappointed, but what can you expect from a chain restaurant. Why didn’t I just go to In-​N-​Out!!!

I was so surprised to see the very low rating for this place and location. We live in Phelan, which is 20 miles and over 30 minutes away from this place and we go at least once a month to watch the major UFC fight. I absolutely love their wings. I don’t really like the boneless wings but the traditional are flavorful and very meaty. The sauce selection is great and I can’t say that I have tried one that I didn’t like. I also love the service here compared to Gators Bar just down the road, I absolutely HATE Gators. I specifically saved my receipt (from ½/​16) for the past two weeks until I could find some time to write an awesome review for our last waitress Bodil. I was extremely impressed with her attention to us. She was very friendly, and quick to return with whatever we asked for. I even saw her looking at our table every time she walked by to see if she could get a plate out of our way or refill a cup. I was too late to leave a review with the actually company through the survey code, but I hope she gets some recognition for giving us one of the best experiences we have ever had there. We always have a great time when we come here, lots of televisions with different things playing, great food, great service. I really don’t have anything bad to say, other than they are so popular, that we have waited for a couple of hours on their UFC nights just to get a table. I highly recommend this place!

It was ok. The boneless wings seem so keep getting more and more small with more breaking then chicken. The beer selection definitely sucked

Pretty good food however with the prices becoming higher the quality of food isn’t raising with it. Also unfortunately the quality of service depends extremely on the waitress/​waiter you can either get an amazing server that keeps you happy the entire time or you’re basically having to get up and get it yourself.

I’m very annoyed with his place ! Servers there need a damn bitch slap with there damn attitude. First this rude ass server leaned over the both right over me and started talking to someone across room and the MANAGER even joined her like hello am I not sitting here you rude ass people ! Then our server gave us our check and told us to pay with someone else cause she’s going on break which is whatever but don’t have someone cover you that’s not going to help you. I Asked for a box and the girl just looked at me, then she went to the back and didn’t even bring us our box’s. So when we went to pay and asked for bags they were thrown at us. So F This wack ass place !

Love Buffalo Wild Wings. We come as often as we can. This location is pretty good. Nice staff, attentive and courteous. Ordered the Large Boneless to split with my son. ½ Medium and ½ Spicy Garlic… yummmm!

WISH I CAN GIVE ZERO STARS BUT THERE ISN’T AN OPTION TO. Piece of shit service! Waited an hour for wrong/​cold orders. Got it reheated but then missing wings. After that the Togo orders were completely wrong. Ordered Spicy Garlic, got lemon pepper??? Ordered Hot BQQ, but got Honey BBQ??? Worst BWW establishment I’ve ever been to. But then again every place in this desert suck ass.

B dubs’ used to own Sunday Football… but increased prices, and not catering to the crowds desires have caused the once faithful fans to find alternate sites to watch the games. The crowds and vibe are gone.
Pittsburg and Green Bay games had held center stage since the place open, but had been relegated to side screens as the managers favorite games where shown. Those teams faithful throngs of fans found more comfortable Digs and attentive management at other sports bars like gators and the tilted kilt.
At some point B dubs will likely return to prominence, their setup with all those screens is to great of an asset to underutilize. But the same could be said for the Cowboys. Better luck next year.

Service sucks. I order online to avoid it, and they still either mess up my order or take forever to make it. My order was suppose to be ready by 8:20pm and it’s almost 9pm and I’m still waiting …

Worst service ever. My friend had reserved a table for nine and other parties that had came after us got a table and they had more of a party than we did ! It’s not worth the wait. Their wifi sucks ass too.

Eff this place. They brought our food out but they forgot our drinks, utensils, and napkins, waited 20 minutes and finally got fed up and asked for a manager. The manager came over and said she would take care of it… She discounted the check 10%, because that’s what I was really worried about, that $ 1.76 tho, thanks for the discount –_​_​– I ended getting the check before I got a fork for my salad.

Service sucks! The restaurant was not busy at all, and we waited 40 minutes for our food. The table came after us even got their food before us. That’s ridiculous!!!

Came in on a Saturday afternoon, the restaurant was full but we only waited a few minutes before we were seated. After reading some of the other reviews, I expected poor service, however someone must have read the memo! We met with our server with in a few minutes who immediately got us our drink order. She took our food order which was delivered in about 5 minutes. Our server came by every few minutes to check on us and refilled our drinks. We ordered more wings, and again they were delivered with in a few minutes. I am giving them 5 stars not only for the good food but the effort they have made to turn their customer service around for a positive experience. We will return again!

Stopped in after an early matinée, seems to have improved since my last visit. I went for «wild», small, son had snack BBQ hot and Hot, daughter had boneless small mild. Wings are plump meaty and not swimming in sauce, yeah!

Been here for like 20mins (not the counting time we waited to get seated) and still havent been aproached by any waiter or anyone. we were here before the people behind us and they have been helped already. poor customer service. now i dont know if its our race but the other customers are white and and the waitres is also white. we are the only mexicans in here. had to ask someone to take our drink order. so disappointed.

I love the ambiance at BWW. Fairly large bar, cool crowd and lots of T.V.‘s. The food is not bad either. They have a decent selection of pulled pork sandwiches, regular sandwiches, hamburgers, salads, wraps and of course wings! My personal favorite is the mango habañero flavor, but was recently introduced to the chipotle BBQ dry rub. It didn’t have the spiciness I crave, but had great flavor. So why did I give it only two stars? Their service is horrible!!!
It seems like sucky service at Buffalo Wild Wing locations, is the norm., but I’ve never seen it this bad. When my friends and I walked in, we sat at the first open table bar we saw. We sat there and waited, and waited. Watching at least 3 or 4 waiters walk past our table and not even acknowledge us. We finally got tired of waiting and flagged one of them down. He took our order, but never bothered to clean the table for us, so I had to do it myself with some of their wet naps.
While sitting their waiting for our drinks and appetizers, we noticed another group walk-​in and stand next to a different table bar, waiting for it to be cleaned. The group got tired of waiting, so they flagged someone down as well. The waitress cleaned the table and walked away. The group of people sat there and waited, and waited, and waited. Nobody ever came by, so we noticed the group got up and walked out the door. Not one staff member even noticed that they walked out. Lucky for us, by then our drinks had arrived.
From that point on our waiter was pretty cautious of us, asking if we had everything we needed (after he forgot to place half my order). I was hoping they wouldn’t charge for it, but he did.
My friends and I were trying to figure out why people continue to bother coming here, so we asked ourselves that question and figured it has to be the ambiance, drinks and the enormous amounts of televisions they have. Oh yeah and the wings are not bad either. Note to the district MANAGERS: do your job and hire a reputable staff that gives a dam about their customers.

REALLY slow service. Like crazy slow. But as soon as we left (we left the money on the table), the server ran after us. So the only way to get attention is to pretend you are going to dine and dash. I was tempted, believe me.
But the food was good!

I have been here multiple times. Its always the same thing!
Except this time we waited for our server for 20 minutes instead of 40. I’m sitting here now, with about 20 other people and have been waiting for our food for over 45 minutes. All we ordered is 10 wings, a side salad, and onion rings.
Of course the food is okay, but I would have happily settled for Del Taco.
Our food just showed up! This is not what I asked for, but I’m going to accept it so I can get out of here!

Going during a none game day is the way to go. I know it’s not practical for some but since I don’t really follow sports it’s great for me when I want to go.
They were understaffed and although the food came out quick waitress not really around to refill or offer additional drinks and even forgot about us at times.
