Awful boutique, their prices are horrendous. Ivy and Leo, another boutique just like fedora has the same EXACT clothing but for much cheaper, save your money and go to other boutiques. If I could go to the better business bureau on this store I would, they ripped me off.

I really love this place! I work a few doors down from Fedora, and its always guaranteed that I find something awesome! They have many basics but with a flare. Whenever I need a dress, accessory, something new I find myself at this boutique. The prices aren’t extremely wallet friendly, but its not terribly expensive either. Besides, the quality makes us for it!

With a lot of these boutique-y southern belle places in NC, customer service will set them apart. I dropped into this Fedora as it is next door to my hair salon. I had never been in here before but figured I’d browse and give it a shot. The salesperson immediately greeted me with a warm hello and a smile. I browsed the racks and saw that the one vest I wanted to try on was not in my size. I saw there was another one on a store manikin. I asked if she could check the size and sure enough it was the one I was looking for! She gladly took it off display so I could try it on. I didn’t end up getting the vest but I purchased a few cute pieces on their clearance rack in the back for 30% off. It was a lovely experience with great customer service. I’d come back again!

I had a pretty good first experience at Fedora! I was excited to see a rack of clothes for less than $ 15, and 25%-40% off racks too. I bought a very cute dress that I’m in love with. The service was pretty good to; lady greeted me, offered me a dressing room while I was talking to her and holding clothes and helped checked me out quickly.

Cute boutique — a little overpriced for what you’re getting but not bad for this«downtown» area. Sizes seem to run large — I usually wear an XL(or even XXL) and bought a dress and sweater in L that fit great so that’s a big hooray!!! No returns, only store credit and that’s not posted anywhere except on your receipt(which you only get once you’ve made your purchase) and the shopgirl doesn’t mention it either. The store credit also can’t be used on the website. If you’re visiting from out of town, like I was, you better make sure you looooove what you’re getting because you’re out of luck if you don’t. A sign mentioning that all purchases are final should be posted — otherwise it just feels kind of sleazy and I don’t think that’s what this cute little shop is going for.

Don’t bother, the sales associate was VERY rude. She wouldn’t let us look at some new dresses that came in and were behind her at the counter. My daughter and I left soon after, it’s not worth the attitude. Not sure how they will stay in business with help like that!

I had to leave this store because the sales associate was so rude. The clothes are cute but it’s not worth the attitude. I work in a retail boutique and I would never talk to a customer the way I was spoken to.

This Fedora location definitely has cute, well organized stock. And pretty much everything is under $ 50 which makes me happy. I’ve gotten a couple of really cute items here that I get compliments on. But the customer service is definitely lacking– during my visit this afternoon, I was never greeted, asked if I needed help, or anything, although there were only 1 – 2 other customers the entire time I was there. And unfortunately, the service hasn’t been much better during my previous visits.
