Rosati’s Pizza

With the remodel, Rosati’s in Anthem have made this sports pub a destination place for locals. The service is spot on and the food is exceptionally great since the change of ownership. My family and I frequently visit Rosati’s especially on UFC, Comedy, and Band Nights. Personal favorite happens to be the Cheef Sandwich with sauteed onions, mushrooms, green peppers, and bacon on garlic bread, my wife prefers the Chicago Style cheese pizza, and my daughter loves the wings plain with sauce on the side. Thank you guys for making this a great environment with great food and service.

Was in Anthem and stopped in at Rosati’s just because it was on my phone on Google Maps and it was the closest to me, I was extremely surprised on how the atmosphere was so family orientated. They have over 30 TVs to show the fights and I had their barbecue Hawaiian pizza thin crust was absolutely delicious! the patio was too hot to go on it was 115 today but they had a full band playing on a stage on Saturday night. if you’re looking for a fun spot to come hang out this is definitely the place in Anthem!

Had a poor experience last month (they gave me the wrong item via delivery and then said they’d just «credit my account», which they never did) but gave it another shot. Worst service ever. The manager was completely unwilling for partake in any form of customer service, and FYI when you order a pizza half and half (ex half combo half cheese) they actually charge you for a full combo and just write in underneath «half cheese». We paid $ 25 for a pizza with half the toppings. Awful service isn’t made up by the average food. Will definitely be willing to travel for a better experience in the future.

The new owners finally got it right! We almost gave up on Rosatis. Being from Chicago it was always so disappointing with all the previous owners but now we order weekly. Thin crust pizza, Chicago style pizza, ravioli, calzones are all amazing! They actually put cheese on the pizza! Just like years ago in IL. Oh and the dough nuggets are addicting. Sooo good. Glad the new owners are doing a great job! If you haven’t tried Rosatis in awhile you need to give it another chance.

Absolutely horible experience. I ordered a 12 inch pizza with sausage and mushrooms. An order of fried mushrooms with Ranch and a 2 liter of coke. 1:15 minutes later i get a burnt cold pizza with cold fried mushrooms no ranch and the coke. For the absolutely ridiculous price of 30 dollars. I will never again order anything and i suggest you don’t either.

We had take out from Rosati’s last week, pizza and pasta. I must admit that I’m very finicky when it comes to Italian food, and after tasting both the pizza and pasta I am not a fan.

NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY! My husband and I came here about 630 on a Friday night with our 4 children. The service was awful. We waited 15 min just to get waters, and the table next to us (who was seated at the same time) was done and paying. before we even got our food. What was worse is that on the big screen in the main restaurant, MMA was on. This is inappropriate and NOT something I want my children exposed to. On top of that, the movie The Hangover (rated R) was playing on 3 screens, all of which were visible to my children. Between the awful service, mediocre food, and particularly the screen choice, we will never support this restaurant or chain again.

If you’re looking for great pizza and great food in general this place definitely is way different than any pizza place you’ll have in Arizona. I moved to anthem recently and was delighted at one of only two eat in Rosati’s the others are all take out it delivery. The problem with this restaurant is no matter how many times I’ve been there since I’ve moved here today makes 4 the service is beyond lousy the pizza and food takes forever and continuous service at your table is horrible today we were one of only two people in the restaurant and it took more than 40 minutes and we had to ask for everything we needed and look for our waiter or waitress this restaurant is filled with teenagers and kids and run horribly and its really sad because it’s great food it will be unfortunately take out for us just like it was when we lived somewhere else…

The food here is good, it just seems to always take forever. And I noticed that they recently increased their prices. The food is still really yummy and the servers are super nice!

Absolutely fantastic restaurant, and I’m PICKY! The whole restaurant is fastidiously clean, the food is superior; excellent quality and everything cooked to perfection. The staff is the friendliest and most knowledgeable that I’ve encountered in years. The atmosphere is fun, (UFC!) and family friendly with both a restaurant side and a bar side as well as an outdoor patio equipped with TV’s. Great place for everyone!

I’m here every Monday for dollar beers and the discount pasta special. I usually go with the chicken Alfredo or the chicken parm. The staff is great and I always leave stuffed!

We just moved to Anthem and were searching for our new pizza place! Woot Woot! Great thin crust pizza, fast & hot delivery! Great service!

We ended here again because of a Groupon which I frequently use. It was before lunch and there was only one other table full. It was a table of approximately 7. A waitress greeted us at the door and she was putting a lot of effort into being pleasant. I don’t appreciate that but I do understand it’s a struggle for some to be decent without effort.
So she took our drink order and was back in a jiff. That’s when the sitch took a wrong turn. There wasn’t any sugar or sweetener at the table. She sat the drinks down and disappeared for 10 minutes. She comes back to take our order and apologized about forgetting the sugar. No biggie. She takes our order and is slightly snippy which I really didnt appreciate. She proceeded to fuss over the table of 7. I saw at least 4 guys in the kitchen so I am thinking our food would arrive in this century. None of the chefs started working on our meal until she delivered the food for the table of 7. So 30 minutes into us waiting the waitress arrived with another apology. Then she blamed me basically for ordering a calzone… the reason for the delay. duh. I am at what I thought was a pizza place. IDk. I was done after that.
She brought out a SOGGY Cheef and asked if we wanted ajus. Uh yeah. Then presents what appeared to be a decent calzone. The knife she gave me was made to spread butter. There was a lot of moisture as well which isn’t appealing. Overall the food was a major disappointment.
I will NEVER be back. I gave this location one star since it was edible. I was not impressed with our waitress or the other waitress that was a male. Both seemed like newbies or siblings of the owner or something sketch like that. #byefelicia

Hubby bought a groupon. He wanted pizza (I’m dairy free), so we went and decided to do it as a carry out since it was Dancing W/​the Stars night. while he decided on the deep dish w/​chicken, I went for the grilled chicken sandwich w/​a side salad.
It was empty when we got there and the ladies at the counter welcomed us in a very friendly way and took our order. Since his pizza would take a ½ hour we gave our groupon and paid the rest of the bill and went shopping at the Dollar Tree next door.
Honestly-​my sandwich was juicy, salad was nothing out of the ordinary but both were tasty. My fries were not greasy, but rather limp. My husband said that for the money, he was disappointed. He said for the same price he could have bought a deep dish w/​as many toppings as he wanted and quality would’ve been the same at pizza hut.
Now we didn’t order drinks, appetizers or dessert. I had the sandwich and he had the small pizza and we still ran over our $ 20 by $ 6. That’s pretty expensive in my book.

Great pizza and sandwich there, so the food is definitely worth the visit. That said, make sure you go during a «dead time» when there isn’t a long line. There was a fundraiser here this evening and the tables were all full. Took us 5 min to be seated, which was good, but then took over an hour to get our pizza,. Another 10 min for our sandwich and another 2 min after that for our daughters bowl of pasta with butter.
Wonderful staff,. Just be mindful of the wait!

Just went here for the first time to watch some football, ordered jumbo wings and pizza. Our food came out great and perfectly prepared. Found out place is under new management and it seems like they’ve really made a turn for the better everything was great service was quick and friendly! will definitely go back

Usually a favorite of ours but today we had a pizza delivered and it was burnt. The Chicago style takes an hour to prepare/​deliver and I wasn’t interested in waiting another hour for a replacement. Their remedy was a 10% discount off a future purchase. I threw away most of a $ 27 pizza and a $ 2.70 credit is barely worth the time to call back and complain. I did speak to the manager and she apologized but refused to refund the credit as I won’t be back, at least not for awhile. Poor, customer service in my opinion.

Rosati’s of Anthem, do you not read your reviews or just not care? Pretty consistent theme: Great food, terrible service.
Ordered a pizza at 6:30 p.m. We live about 2 minutes from the restaurant (daughter was sick so could not go in). So, when do you think we got our food? 9:10 p.m.
I called about 2 hours in, and they gave me a story about having the wrong address, and then the wrong pizza was made. (I confirmed the address when I called the first time.) Said they would rush a new pizza two me.
Driver showed up 45 minutes later, pizza not in a warming bag or anything, and it was pouring rain, so the box was soaked. And they charged me full price.
The people on the phone are almost never pleasant, the service in restaurant is slow, delivery is always slow, and they don’t take care of their customers. Again, food is great so I’ve ignored all that, but this was the last time. Will not give them another dime.

Pizza was delicious! The Monster Pizza had fresh, delicious toppings and thick, tasty bacon! Ryan was friendly and patient. He just might be the next James Earl Jones. Come during Karaōke and maybe he’ll bust out in song.

Wings and thin crust pizza are amazing, however the delivery times and service are aweful. They’ve missed up a couple times on our order. I would recommend because food is great, but the wait times are ridiculous and they should focus on hiring people with experience and I’m sure that would help their business.
