This is the one. The one on Whitehall road is horrible. Pizza was fresh only thing is I asked for extra cheese and it seemed to be the amount you get on a regular pizza. But all in all food was great.

I have no idea but I had to wait over an hour and a half to get a pizza that’s 2 miles away from my location. It was a Thursday night and they have no idea where the pizza was when we called. Not helpful at all. Ridiculous
The delivery guy was actually very nice and it wasn’t his fault it was the fact that they put our order in as a carry out instead.

Ordered from this location. I don’t mind waiting on a weekend because I know it is busy. However, when I got the pizza it was ice cold. I had to reheat all the food in my oven. Which kind of defeats the whole purpose of ordering out. Also, there were hardly ANY toppings. I paid for the speciality pizza any the pizza barely had anything on it. Very disappointed. I wrote to customer service for papa johns and NEVER even had a response back. What a waste of money on a barely edible pizza. Never ordering from this location again.

I order through my iPhone app all the time and have never had a negative experience.
No, it’s not gourmet or fancy but it’s consistent and I have an unhealthy relationship with the garlic butter dipping sauce, OK?
When I pick up my order, it’s always correct and ready in shorter than the estimated time.
Friendly folks work there too.

Called at 753pm ordered a pizza with chicken. Was delivered at 815 so I thanked the driver with a good tip. Got back then realized chicken somehow turned into Canadian bacon… Called the store at 820, super nice manager says they will send a correct pizza out right away. Called back at 856 to see where it is, different manager says it’s on its way. I’m writing this at 930, still waiting for the food I paid for, wishing I had never ordered in the first place.

My pizza was 25 minutes late and was cold on arrival. Not only was it cold but it just taste old or something it was just nasty.

We were in town with a group and needed 6 pizzas. Went online and ordered then called the store to see if the order actually went through. They had it all correct. Delivered in record time to the hotel and even put in tons of plates and napkins. Great hot pizza and fast.

What a mistake —
on impulse I did an online order — 1+ hour later it is still not here. I called and they could not find the order and then it showed up 30 mins later. Ice cold and tasteless —
I should have known better —
To say I won’t go back is an understatement.

Horrible experience w/​this location. Completely unsatisfied in the delivery time. Pizza quality was just ok, could totally tell it had been sitting in the car destined for last delivery. I gave it 2 stars though b/​c i got a free pizza coupon in the mail for the delivery being so slow.
