Annapolitan Bed and Breakfast

Lovely B & B with great service! I’ve been here a few times now and I can’t say enough how wonderful they are here and they look to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. It keeps me coming back! Free parking has you avoid the Annapolis hassle as I enjoyed a decent walk to the water and back many times. Gives you motivation! Plus the breakfast is delicious sitting on the porch watching the world go by in your perfect moment. Thank you

This was our first experience at a B&B. wanted a quick get away with the girlfriend to annapolis kind of last minute, and John emailed me the morning off with availability. The pricing was great and we made reservations. House is very cool looking and exactly what I expected with a bed and breakfast, a lot of different nick backs that add a lot of personality. Everything was extremely clean and John was more than inviting and made us feel right at home. We stayed at the top room– the beacon, which was huge and very comfortable. The woke up the next morning to smell of French toast and the food was great. The location is good, a bit of a walk to the downtown area (about a mile), so not as close as other b&bs in the middle of it all but we actually enjoyed that. The walk was nice and not a big deal. Would definitely stay here again!

The Holts are gracious and inviting hosts. They took care of us splendidly with tips about the town to breakfast in the morning. The BnB is cozy, warm, and relaxing. Though it is not in the heart of downtown Annapolis it is a quick drive to the center. We recommend it fully.
