Living in a condo in northern Virginia means having storage nearby… and for us, this Public Storage location has been great. Initially moved in a small amount when another storage place nearby had multiple problems keeping the unit safe (and that location had continually bad customer service). Since renting at this Public Storage we’ve had great service and feel much better about the safety of our belongings. Staff super helpful when we eventually needed additional space, all transactions pleasant and professional.

I needed moving supplies and Keisha the manager helped me tremendously in telling me what products would best benefit what I was packing up. She made things so easy. If your looking for moving supplies she is the person you want to go see. Wonderful person highly recommend her. Customer service skills are amazing. Will recommend Keisha for sure.
