Phil is an excellent stylist. He listens to what you want done and delivers — never disappoints. I’ve been going to Phil for about 8 years and have always had a fantastic cut. Phil is also a very kind and caring man.

Phil has cut my hair for close to 7 years and I am so happy he has opened his new salon in Ann Arbor.
My hair is short and fine and it is difficult to find someone who can cut it correctly and to my liking. I have never had a bad hair cut from Phil. He listens to my requests and makes recommendations if he has other suggestions. He is very thorough and makes sure you are satisfied with your cut before the end of the appointment.
The new salon is awesome! Beautiful and very comfortable. There’s plenty of parking and it’s close to downtown Ann Arbor, campus, and not far from I-​94.
I would highly recommend!!!

Been going to Phil for more than 10 years to get my hair cut, good to see he’s opened his own place! The amount of time he spends on the details is amazing, he’s a perfectionist, it’s nice to have someone fuss that much over my styling, and I consider my hair simple. I’ve seen what he’s done with women’s hair, the man is an artist! Highly recommended!
