Disorganized and sub par customer service. For the prices they charge one would think the service would match the prices they charge. PS if the weekend sale over it would be a good idea to take the advertisements down. Same your money and time and drink coffee at the excellent coffee shop, Ink & Bean next door.

A store for the upscale hipster for sure. Not my style, but the store is very cool and has a nice couple items. I bought a cool pair of moderatly priced sunglasses and am really happy with my purchase. Polite staff too

This place has a certain niche that is appeals to… hipsters. That being said, this is the Disneyland of male, hipster fashion/culture. This one store is actually comprised of 3 different shops. All catering to the same demographic. The first store(farthest left) is their shoe which ranges from chukkas, boots, tennis shoes, to dress shoes. I like their selection, I feel like they have a shoe for every type of style. Their library theme adds to the hipster ambiance. The middle shop is a barber shop /bar. I’ve never gotten a haircut or a drink here, but the idea of it is very rural and original. I only know of a few other stores that mimic the same persona. The last shop is a clothing store which is very trendy for men’s fashion. Not much a street wear look but they do carry street wear brands. I’ve been here several times and I love their selections but they never seem to have enough stock of the common sizes(my sizes) which is kind of their downfall. I’m looking for a hat 7 ½ or a shirt in S/M and they have every size but those. Although it’s a little pricey, the quality of clothes they carry are worth it. The staff is definitely their high point of the store in my opinion. They help me shop efficiently without crowding my space and they’re always pretty chill and easy to talk to. I’d recommend anyone in the area to check this place out at least once.

The service here is excellent, but the clothes here just aren’t my style. I love browsing the accessories, however, because they’ve got great messengers and totes as well as wallets and ties that are awesome. The clothes run a bit hipster, though for the price and area I assume that’s what they’re going for. I’ll stick to my usual spots for staples and keep coming here for unusual, cool add-ons.

Sometimes guys have it really lucky — they don’t get a monthly visit from Aunt Flo; they can pee wherever they want(comes in handy when you’re drunk and in the middle of nowhere); they don’t have to spend so much money on makeup; and they get stores like The Good Californian Haberdashery. This place is really awesome — pretty much three stores in one! On one side of the shop, it is the Heart and Sole store, where they sell a variety of men’s shoes and other products; in the middle, it is the Barbeer Shop, both a barber shop and a bar(well, they’re getting their liquor license soon!); and then towards the other side of the shop, it’s The Good Californian Haberdashery — this side of the shop specializes in men’s clothing and accessories. You can definitely find one of kind items here. I sorta wish I had a boyfriend because I would spend a lot of time and money just shopping at this store for him. I’d want him to wear the clothes they have here. That’s just me though. The first time I was here, I was able to find this duffel bag from Herschel Supply. Herschel only gives stockists a limited amount of their products, so it’s sort of hard to come by. The bag itself was about $ 75, but Austin, who is totally awesome and a cutie, gave me a pretty good discount, so it ended up being only $ 40. Winnnnn. FYI, if you check in on the Unilocal app, you get 15% off as well. Service is really great. I’ve met a couple of the guys, Austin, Branden, Kevin, and Gabriel, and they’re all sweethearts. Branden and Austin actually invited me to their«Gentleman’s Night,» where they were had a drink sponsor come in and pour free drinks, as well as a couple of well-known barbers come in and give haircuts. They even had a live band, Lost Frontiers, come in and play. I guess they’re trying to make it a monthly thing. Pretty cool if you ask me. Anyways, the guys here are sweethearts and they’re definitely fun to talk to. Overall, The Good Californian Haberdashery is a pretty cool shop. I definitely would come back to go shopping here, if not just to hang out with the guys. With their liquor license coming back, I could totally see myself just stopping by to grab a drink. Check it out if you’re in the area.

Hey guys looking for some nice clothes that aren’t the usual off the rack wear? The Good Californian Haberdashery is part of a three way store along with Barbeer in the middle and Heart and Sole as the other side that caters to MEN. So you girls out there got a one stop to find somthing nice for your man. And you guys out there dont have to wade through purses and shoes to find what your after. They carry some higher end quality casual clothing and mens goods in this modernly vintage hybrid store. I happened to have a chance to check them out during a recent event that featured its brother shop Barbeer. But the Good kicked it up a notch having a live band. munchies and free whiskey punch and shots care of Cutty Sark Hell I even scored a T-shirt and a hat from the lovely Cutty Sark hostess. This store is a bit upscale for most of the offerings yet still affordable. They carry clothes that are cool and fashionable. They also carry assorted men’s products like shaving gear, clothing accessories, grooming stuff and more. The folks who work here are chill and happy to assist you they also have a Unilocal discount! Give this place a visit, you’ll be happy you did.

I love the type of stuff they sell and the prices are reasonable for a store in a spot like this. The guys that were working were cool. By the way, I’m the type of guy that will never wear Abercrombie & Fitch or Hollister, so if you’re like me, you’ll love this place. If you do wear Abercrombie & Fitch, come in and buy a straight razor so you can at least shave like a man.

Clothes in here are cool. My gf ended up picking up a watch for me here. I got to chat it up with Austin. He was very helpful and didn’t seem at all snobby like other high end vintage hip stores. We talked a little about gentleman’s fashion, schooled me on some shoes and showed me the cool novelties they have in store. Anyways all around helpful guy. The store has awesome clothes and I recommend shopping here for Xmas for your dad or husband.

Ladies– does your guy ever pressure and hint at a threesome? Well here’s your chance to fulfill his fantasy. The Good Californian Haberdashery is located in a three-way shared space with Barbeer and Heart and Sole making up a trifecta of awesome for guys in terms of grooming, clothing and shoes. I really love what the Anaheim Packing District is doing in terms of bringing in cool retail shops and services. Everything sort of popped up overnight, but the retailers and restaurants they’re getting are pretty damn awesome. The Good Californian specializes in clothing and accessories for men. Yes, it might be a little on the high side, but in terms of finding some unique items– it’s actually not that expensive compared to other big box chains such as Urban Outfitters that sell similar stuff for way more. Plus– you’re supporting a small local business while getting some new threads. My favorite purchase– something called Tonic body spray. I’ve never heard of it, but it’s by a company by the name of West Third Brand. The scent– smoky fig. It smells clean, which I like, and it’s not too overpowering. It was only about $ 27 for a decent sized bottle and they give you an additional 15% off your purchase with a check-in on your trusty Unilocal mobile app. Scoreeeee. The shop keep that helped us, Austin, was a super friendly guy and even showed Jaime P how to properly tie a bow-tie. He was also quick to answer any questions about cuff links and accessories. Me being a slob– it really made me want to dress better. Will I? Probably not– but I can dream. This is a definitely a cool little shop. I’ll for sure be spending some green here during the holidays, stopping by Barbeer for a haircut and possibly picking up a new pair of dress/running shoes from Heart and Sole. Yes– those are real, but I will save that for their own review.

Came here for an event they were having and promised myself I would come back and enjoy and absorb everything with more time(I’m a slow looker). This store is everything I want to be and more. Its vintage meets today. Its mustache meets beards meets bow ties. All the clothes are very cool and look one of a kind. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They had some bow ties that started at 20 bucks and were double sided so its like your getting two for the price of one. The employee Austin was very helpful and even showed me how to tie a bow tie. He was very informative and nice. I bought some cologne but I for sure will be returning back. Keep up the great work guys and I for sure will be telling my friends to come here for some great finds.

The Good(I didn’t know Californian Haberdashery was part of the name too) is another high-end store to pop up in recent months on Center Street in Downtown Anaheim. I can definitely see a noticeable difference in them trying to revamp the city and give it some life. The Good sells men’s clothing and random manly trinkets — ranging from men’s shirts and jeans, belts, antique shaving tools, modern throws, mustache wallets, etc. The décor is sleek, dark and modern, and it smells like new furniture and novelty. However, like most other high-end stores to pop up around here in recent months, items are overpriced. Even the sale section, with the discount added in, a regular cotton T-shirt cost upwards to $ 25, whereas you could easily get a similar item at Forever 21 in the men’s section for a fraction of the price. Though the store is clean and appealing, and the items sold are cute, it will be difficult and unrealistic for me to patronize this store anytime soon.

As soon as I walked in, I instantly felt underdressed and had the inclination to shave with a straight razor. TGCH is a welcome addition to downtown Anaheim! I came here to look for gifts for a friend and absolutely love everything about this place. The store is small and the selection is decent and I absolutely love that the merchandise is unique and manly… just like moi. I wouldn’t really consider it a haberdashery since they aren’t really taking an active role in outfitting you, but I totally get it and appreciate the vibe. If you’re a premium graphic T-shirt whore like me, you will LOVE this place. They have some nice shirts and accessories too. Don’t expect bargain prices, but the quality is definitely higher than what you’ll find at the mall. Make a dash to the haberdashery!
