The best part of everything is that they are honest. They are really the only Jewelers I know that have ever told me straight up what the real price, and what the cost of replacement/​fixing/​altering is, without trying to take an arm or a leg.
They have polished my rings twice for free, and when I went in a couple days before my wedding and they wanted to do it for free. I told them they were nuts, that I would not allow them to do it for free.
They also replaced a «Cracked Diamond» explained the process and gave me the best price out of 10 other jewelers I went too. These people are experts and they are Artists. But the best of all is they are Humble and they are Honest.
They have my continued business and support.

On this occasion, my watch lens/​crystal was majorly scratched. It was polished out in a jiffy.

I took my wife’s wedding ring in for a repair today. It was a wedding set that had come apart and one ring broke on the bottom. John was very friendly and beyond helpful. The repair was EXTREMELY affordable and the work was top notch. The ring looks brand new! It was re– soldered, repaired, refinished (white gold), and polished, all within a few hours. My wife is beyond happy with her ring. John also polished my ring while I was in the store and it looks amazing. I will definitely take my business there again, and tell others!

I found J Mac Jewelers in Anaheim through my daughter. She and her husband had looked around for an engagement/​wedding set for her and found it to be so expensive at the big jewelry places. A friend of hers, Johnny, has a family business and said he’d be happy to create one for her. She emailed pictures of one she wanted to duplicate and Johnny was able to recreate it at almost ½ the cost of the other jewelry stores and it’s beautiful! She was so happy with the results.
Since my husband and I are celebrating our 30^th anniversary this year we decided to create something special. John looked at my photos, I went in and was given a wonderful price. So happy with my ring and would recommend J Mac wholeheartedly!
