Subway

Okay, so I maybe nit picking here but this subway is odd. I thought it was just a fluke until I came here a second time and apparently this is just what they do. They make their sandwiches very nicely, but they move at the pace of a snail. First time I came, I luckily had the time to wait to 10 – 15 minutes (not exaggerating) for a turkey avocado sandwich to be made when I was the only one there. Every slice of turkey was placed oh so carefully and oh so slowly. Working in a fast paced customer service job, watching this was almost too difficult. I even told the guy, hey it doesn’t have to be perfect. Nope, he continued to treat this like he’s defusing a bomb. Lol! Then I went there again, unfortunately I was in a huge rush going between jobs and this girl was even slower. Again, was the only person there. Placing one piece of spinach at a time ect ect. I expressed I was in a huge rush, and like the guy just gave me a lifeless stare and continued on to slowly assemble a damn subway sandwich! I’m leaving 5 stars for the care they take in their sandwiches and I hate leaving bad reviews, but when I ask extremely nicely to speed it up… TWICE… And I get no response just a stare, I’m more insulted than anything.

My favorite subway thus far, love the sandwich makers here; they make em as if they’re making em for themselves and are never stingy with the toppings.
Chopped salads are top notch here as well. Located inside a chevron station where the 91 and tustin meet.
Free cookies on Tuesdays with a sandwich purchase. Love this location.

I hadn’t been to a Subway in some time, so I decided to check out my once childhood favorite on my way home from practice. Trudging through the door from exhaustion, I had already made up what I wanted for dinner in my mind. Luckily for me there wasn’t a line, though I wasn’t sure if that was necessarily good or bad.
Walking up to the counter, I was quickly greeted with a friendly face, and before I could find anything else to whine about, I had a toasty footlong meatball sandwich on flatbread. Overall very pleased with the service, I raced home to indulge in cheesy goodness.

Today I had the worst broccoli cheese soup, that I’ve had from a Subway location. It had a water like consistency to it. Also a negative was what I was told from the lady behind the register when I asked for water, «We don’t serve water here.»
Eat Fresh.
No Water.

The tuna sandwich is my sub of choice. Always fresh and tasty! Can’t go wrong with it. Friendly service and very professional.

This is my second time here and the customer service has been superb both times! If you’re in the area and looking for a quick sandwich — this is the spot.

Waited over a year for this place to open and it was worth it. Very close to my house.

Brand spankin’ new and clean! Gave me a coupon for a free 6 inch sub for my next visit. It could have just been a grand opening coupon though.
