Chick-fil-A

Came to this Chickfila location last night to satisfy my wife’s sweet tooth and came away highly disappointed. We went through the drive through and ordered a small ice cream cone and received the smallest serving ever. The ice cream didn’t even reach into the cone and had a height of maybe 2 inches. Other Chickfilas usually give a good amount, heck even other competitors give a fair amount more than what this location had to offer. Probably owned by a cheap franchise owner. Let that be your guide to how this location is run. Stay away.

Food is good but with this particular location the lunch crew has a habit of messing up my order. I’ve been through the drive-​thru half a dozen times and they always forget something or don’t do the changes to my sandwich that I pay for.

I love chick fil a, especially for breakfast. Their chicken is moist and tender and perfectly seasoned. The employees are always so pleseant and helpful. They bring you your food and have also offered to take away your tray and bring refills to your table. Its top notch service.

Great service and good food. Fast and friendly, will definitely be back. For a fast food restaurant to have servers helping was a pleasure.

So this Chik Fil A is closest to my house, however we drive a tad further to the one in Irvine because this one seems to be cheap with their fries. Everytime we order a large fries they never fill the container to the top. Basically it is a regular fry in a large cotainer, definitely doesnt feel like we are getting our money worth. Other than that it is Chik Fil A so still worth 3 stars.

Came to this location because I needed to pick up something in the area. At 9 am at the drive window the order taker was so cheerful and enthusiastic. Greeted and thanked us and also repeated our order. A little too happy for so early in the morning but it definitely caught my attention.
Our order was all correct and he offered us sauces. We got the chik fil a sauce and ranch.
The spicy chicken sammich tastes like the other locations so there’s consistency and the waffle fries were crispy.

There is a cashier who works here named Jared and he’s super polite and cool. I came in with my friend and he made us laugh and brightened our entire day. Rock on, Jared. You’re a star!

Food is always good. Drive thru cannot get an order correct to save their lives. It is so bad that I usually pull over and check the order piece by piece. I had my 6mo baby in the car and was running to close to his nap, so I went without the double check. I called the store and they were ‘nice’ enough to put me on a list so that I can get the sandwich I ordered and paid for next time. I don’t know if I am more shocked if they have a special list made to put my name and order on because they do this so much, or that they made me feel that getting what I paid for made up for their constant mistakes.
He also said they have so much turnover that it is difficult to get orders correct. I said that sounds like a management problem. He indicated he was the manager.

As a franchise, I think this place is great, 4 star at least. But this location, I hate this place. I feel like I have to check my order constantly. Missing items, wrong type of drink, etc. Just this week I ordered the kids 6 piece chicken nuggets only to get home and see 4. So now it’s come to having to actually open individual food packages?! It wasn’t even busy…
Get it together! If your shopping there, double check your order after they give it to you. Or you can do like me and wait till your closer to a different Chick-​fil-​a (Costa Mesa/​Tustin, less conviniant but has never screwed up my order.)

This was my first ever time in a Chick-​fil-​A!
I was very pleasantly surprised. The obviously make an effort to dress up the place, with flowers on the tables and soft instrumental-​only christian music playing. More, the location was very clean and spacious.
One thing I didn’t like about the physical space was the moving booths. For whatever reason, the booths are not affixed to the floor and slide around whenever you get up or move to suddenly… annoying and noisy.
The food was what I understand is typically of the chain — very good chicken sandwiches (on nothing special buns which are kind of a waste of calories). I was also bummed that the packets of house ranch was just eh. But! I was very very very excited that they offer diet dr pepper on TAP! Overall, what you come to this chair for — chicken and waffle fries — were on point.
Bonus: this location mails out BOGO coupons! Thats what got us in here and we will be back as soon as we get another.

Listen. I love me some Chick Fi Lay. I lived in the home of CFL (Atlanta, GA) for three years and fell head over heels in love with it. The quality of the chicken is amazing, their dipping sauces spectacular! The only reason why I gave them 4 and not 5 stars is because the service here is different. Back in Georgia the service is out of this world. At CFL you’re ALWAYS greeted with a smile, positive vibes and a «how may I serve you ma’am.» Disappointed that the southern charm wasn’t brought to the west. Other than that… go get yourself some CFL! You won’t regret it :)

Just updating my review to say how much I enjoy this Chick-​fil-​A. Still great service and occasional free stuff (like free Chicken Mini’s for breakfast!) if you get their text messages. Keep up the good work!

Came by here today and ordered just a chicken sandwich from drive thru. Before I paid the manager came up to me at the drive thru and says «It’s your lucky day your getting 2 for the price of one» so he gave me an extra sandwich for no apparent reason. Either they accidentally made 2 or they just are really nice. Regardless it put a smile on my face and I will be a returning customer!

I’m not too big on fast food but in a time crunch before heading to the airport, Atlanta-​based chain Chick-​fil-​a (Chickflix) came through with some cheap and tasty eats.
What I liked was that it was really clean inside and they offer a bunch of different types of sauce packets (honey, bbq, honey mustard, polynesian, honey roasted bbq, mayo, etc). I ended up making some Frankenstein sauce mix of honey, tabasco, mayo, and honey roasted bbq that went PERFECT with my waffle fries.
My spicy fried chicken sandwich tasted good, not really greasy. The lettuce and tomato were fresh and crisp. Way better than KFC’s spicy chicken sandwich.
For fast food Chickflix isn’t that bad. For all you health conscious tofu and granola eating, yoga and spin class Californian’s FYI — Chickflix removed all trans-​fat from their menu.

Out of all the quick fast food places in the area this has to be my first choice. Especially when it comes to breakfast. Located on Tustin ave near In and Out and Wells Fargo. Parking lot is small and gets a lot of traffic from its neighboring friends.
The bagel morning sandwich is yummy. Whole grain toasted bagel with cheese, egg, bacon and a crispy chicken breast. Open up a pack of honey roasted bbq sauce and smear it on. Usually I order a 3 pack of the minis to go with it and wash it down with coffee. 800 calories later, I am a happy girl.
For the other half he gets 2 morning chicken buttermilk bisquits and puts the chick filia sauce on it, pairs it with those mini hashbrown bites dipped in ketchup and a OJ.
Lunch wise, chicken nuggets, waffle fries and fresh lemonade for me. Spicy chicken club for the hubsters. Always get bacon on your sammies. Bacon makes it better.
Can’t forget the dog, she usually gets some minis and a dog bone to go with it.
Service here is always a pleasure. All of them are trained in providing exceptional customer service full of smiles. If you need an extra dose of happiness, this is your designation. It is always their pleasure to serve you.

I’ve gone to this Chick Fil-​A often. I like it because of the customer service. My wife and I have had the occasional issue with our order and once we had gotten home before realizing. They offered to comp our meal the next time we visit.
Food is standard Chick Fil-​A fare.

Once again small-​town uneducated people never fail to amaze me… We walked into this Chick-​fil-​A and what do you know the manager was standing right there and his name was Larry Woshburn I walked in with my service dog who is clearly marked and he asked me if it was a service that we told him yes and then he persisted against my girlfriend to ask her more questions so after we presented him with the bad she also continue to put up a negative fight this was a horrible experience and I will never be coming back to the Chick-​fil-​A again!!!

My sister & I frequent this location every time we go to Paper Mart down the street. The customer service is always overwhelming good. Everyone is so friendly and nice and the location is very clean.
If you are in the area and are looking to grab a quick bite– I highly suggest it.
