I made reservations for Father’s Day at 11am. My party of 13 arrived 10:55…the doors to the restaurant were still locked… fine. It’s now 11:03. I called to see if they could open the doors as it was 86 degrees outside and climbing fast. The person who answered the phone said the kitchen was not ready yet and hung up on me. 11:08 the doors were still locked and now no one answered the phone. My party of 13 all drove away to another restaurant.

Ordered pick up and honestly I was expecting it to not taste so bland as well as being so expensive. The tofu and spinach tasted like something I can make at home. The brown rice was not cooked through. It was hard and tasted like pebbles. Will not be coming back.

So we’ve been here with the names changes and noticed it changed once again. The food was always the same even with the name changes. This time we were pleasantly surprised. We started with won ton soup, very tasty and the service for two was about 3 cups worth which was plenty. I had the Kung Pao 3 ingredient. Very good. Best I’ve had here through all the businesses. My sister had house fried rice which was fluffy and very flavorable. They must have got a new chef. The only reason it’s not A 5 star is because they didn’t have my chili oil with chili flakes.

The atmosphere here was quite a surprise. Calming music and sports on TV. The floors and tables were clean and ready for service. Food was prepared professionally and quickly to our table. It was a pleasure to be here and a return visit is in the works.

Amazing place. Thank god for a Chinese place in Yorba Linda area. Ate here twice. To go was sub par but eating in was amazing! House special lobster was so amazing. Liked it better than the black pepper sauce. Also their fried shrimp with spicy sauce was amazing. Definitely coming back again for more lobster and shrimp! =] and the service was amazing. Food came out fast and the servers were so friendly/attentive and made the experience even more amazing. Did I mention how amazing this place was? Lol.

Once in a while we would crave for Chinese food. Last time we went here, the name was different. Anyway, went here last Sunday, plenty of parking. Receptionist was welcoming but that’s about the only positive thing I have to say. Our waiter was not friendly, he acted almost mechanical and seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Service was SLOW, or is it just our server because we got there, ordered our food. Around forty minutes later, seated guests across our table. Within minutes they got their food! What the heck! I wanted to stand up and leave. It must have been our server. So we finally got our food. Nothing special at all. There’s this pork dish we ordered, very salty. The peppered beef was salty too. The crispy beans were ok. The honey walnut shrimp was ok. The hot and sour soup was ok. The chicken fried rice was ok. Wish we had gone to a different restaurant.

This is a great quick service restaurant. Food was good, I think the meat was a bit cheap but the amount of food was served quickly and we have tons of food for leftovers. Would suggest. Not very child friendly though

I live across the street from this place. My husband and I have always told ourselves we would try it on a evening I didn’t feel like cooking. Last Friday the evening finally came where I didn’t feel like even entering my kitchen but at the same time we didn’t feel like going out. We finally decided that we would order takeout from this restaurant. I’m so glad we did! This restaurant has got to be hands-down the best Chinese food I’ve ever had !!! Their portions are way too big for one person to consume themselves, we had leftovers for days, the food was perfectly seasoned, and they have your entire order ready within ten minutes of ordering it. The only downside is that they are a bit on the pricey side but you definitely get what you pay for. I’m so glad I live right across the street from this place.

The facility is clean and got seated as soon as we walked in. We ordered the jia jiang myun and orange chicken — both seasoned well. The only downfall about our orders are the noodles were over-cooked and the entrée doesn’t come with rice.

DELICIOUS! very fresh and delicious food served super fast. They were so good to our family of 5. They kept bringing egg rolls for our 18 month old twins. They always checked on us and made sure we have everything we need. We will definitely be regulars!

This restaurant is the worst! I ordered orange chicken and it was so bad. The T texture was horrible and it had this bad burnt taste. They also had corn in their egg drop soup. It was not good. We told the manager that we didn’t like it and she did NOTHING! She just walked away. Unbelievable! Oh and when we were finished, we had to go next door to get something to drink because they never refilled our water! Don’t go here!

Disappointed. Maybe we came at a bad day or maybe the service was just that bad. Understandably during the holidays restaurants tend to get more busy. We decided to dine here the day after Christmas. We were seated before we started taking notice several crowding walking in every few minutes. We came for the Lobster $ 9.99 lb special only to be told that most lobsters in the tank weighed between 1 to 1.5 lbs. We decided to go with two 1.5 lb lobsters, one ginger and scallions flavor and the other house special. We also ordered the combination fried rice but no chicken. Service was horrible. We had to wave down a server for our drinks, to place our order and get utensils. The food was delivered but when there was a mistake on the rice, it took a while to get it corrected. Although the food was decent, the terrible service ruined the dining experience as it was near awful. To make matters worse when I asked for a refill to go, the waitress gives me an empty foam cup and dumps my ice without any soda in it.

Had dinner with a bunch of friends here tonight and we had a great meal! We ordered the spicy crawfish, spicy porkchop and shrimp, tofu pot, juicy dumplings, hot and sour soup, lobster sautéed in black pepper sauce, and steam/fries buns. Spicy Crawfish was well seasoned and the meat was tender. Spicy porkchop: this was one of my top 3 of our feast. I loved that they used an actual porkchop and just cut it up and fried it. I could taste the different parts of the porkchop and that was very flavorful. Tofupot: this came in a clay pot with lots of veggies, fish, cuttlefish or something in the calamari family and large chunks of fried tofu. This was the only veggie dish we had and it was a perfect compliment to our protein filled meal. Add some hot sauce and it was perfect with rice! Juicy dumplings: I didn’t try this but my gf really liked them and said the flavor was nice. This is saying something because she Loves dumplings in the 626. Hot &sour soup: I like my hot &sour soup on the sour side and this one hit the spot. Black pepper Lobster: for 9.99/lb this was great! Lobster like this easily goes for 17.99 a pound. I easily could have eaten this entire lobster by myself. Our lobster wAs small about 2 pounds but it was perfect for our group of 4 because we wanted to taste everything we ordered. This was so flavorful that even when I was full I grabbed the tail and sucked the sauce off of it. Fried/steamed buns: now this dish was my absolute favorite. The dish comes with about 10 – 12 steamed and fried buns(think a lightly sweet donut) and a small dish of sweetened condensed milk to dip the buns in if you want. These were the best buns I’ve ever had and I’ve had the ones from LAs Chinatown. We loved it so much we ordered another plate and only 4 remained! They take 15 mins to steam so be patient and DEFINITELY order these, you can’t go wrong with sweet dough! Overall a great environment for a family style dinner. The restaurant itself is very clean and has great décor, you can tell they’ve recently redecorated. Service staff was new but they checked in with us at least half a dozen times. We wanted to watch the football game and they were more than happy to change the channel for us, we just had to ask the right person! They have a large menu so you should be able to meet everyones taste buds. Definitely worth a try! Don’t forget the buns!!! And oh! Check In for 15% off your bill!

Long wait and raw meat! We came in around 7:50pm and the place was about 1⁄3 full. We ordered 3 dishes: dumplings, noodle and a combination plate. We waited more than 30min before the 1st dish was on the table. I was very hungry and took in several dumplings before realize the meat in the dumplings were still raw. Raw pork! I almost throw up after I saw the raw meat I just ate. The excuse was the kitchen was very busy and the chef overlooked. This is totally unacceptable for consumers!!! The owner gave us the bill, took the dumpling order off the check and offered a dish coupon for the next time we go in, I left the«coupon» which is a Post-it note on the table.

I love this place. I liked it so much after my first visit that I took co-workers there two days later and got take out that same night. 3 times in 3 days and it keeps getting better. I always wanted to stop here when it was under the previous ownership but the Unilocal reviews scared me off. The owner is very proactive and attentive. I tried 3 dishes the first day, we ordered 6 more at lunch the second day and 2 more that night. 11 dishes, most were spectacular, about 3 were good. That could also account for personal taste so I do not mean to imply that the food was sub par. I tried #89 which consists of chicken, beef and vegetables galore. It was spicy and excellent. There was enough to eat it for three meals. My wife and I ate every piece. The service needs improvement. I spoke to the owner about this and she is working on it. I just think that the servers could be a little quicker and more proactive. This is an Asian restaurant what can you expect? I am Asian and still don’t like it but overall … this is our go to place now. Full bar, big banquet facility upstairs and nicely decorated. Thank you for a great find!

We didn’t want to go too far and ordered some dishes for take-out. Formerly known as Spicy City, this restaurant is actually the same restaurant. The owner changed the name because people thought they only had spicy dishes. Sauteed string beans: pretty good and tasty. Sweet & sour pork: honestly not memorable. Beef broccoli: better than Panda Express beef broccoli LOL Cashew nut chicken: the worst dish from all of them. The sauce was not good at all! Friendly and fast service. I was so thirsty and the cashier gave me ice water. 3 stars! This is not SGV… it’s decent for the area. Sino Fusion No 8 is almost yummylicious!

My mom and i decided to come back and after that last visit. im not sure if i can come back to this place. As a business thats trying to flourish, i feel like customer service should be one of the main focuses. I ordered the shrimp i always get and the waiter heard me wrong and brought a different dish. We told them that it wasn’t what we had ordered and the waiter just shrugs and walks away. STRIKEONE. We flagged down another waiter and explained that it wasnt what we ordered and if we can have our order corrected and he says«let me ask upper management» he then comes back 10 min later and says«they said no.» At this point i was like EXCUSEME?! The establishment misheard ME and now im going to have to pay for something i never ordered? STRIKETWO. We were shocked but tried not to let this ruin our meal so we just ordered the shrimp dish that we were SUPPOSE to get and got it another 10 min later. The whole entire meal no one came to check up on us as if they were totally trying to avoid conflict. How annoying. After our meal, the asian lady that seems to be the«upper management» or owner finally appears with the check and my mom decided to tell her about our order and how the waiter had misunderstood her. We expected them to own up to their mistake and at least not charge us for the mistake but NOPE. the asian lady goes«oh. Really. Im sad to hear that.» And walks away… Sorry Sino. Really wanted to like you but your staff if just foul. Not going to support a business like this. Ohh Also forgot to mention, the same asian lady asked me the previous time while i was dining if i can leave a good review on Unilocal and that she would give me a free soda in return. My previous review was written before this soda incident and im gonna say that i take Unilocal too seriously to skew reviews for cheap carbonated fountain soda. Sorry.

This place is great! I come here with my coworkers often and it never disappoints. The lunch portions are big and tasty. You get soup, egg rolls, an entrée and rice for $ 6-$ 9(depending on what you choose). Décor is awesome, traditional with a chic vibe. Made to order food, and we still get in and out within 30 minutes. I highly recommend giving them a try!

We came on Sunday afternoon around 2pm and there was no wait. No customers so we got seated right away. There’s no lunch special during weekends. We ordered eggplants with garlic sauce, ma po tofu, and Porkchop with shrimps. Since there were no wait and no customers, we got our food fairly quick within 10 minutes I would say even less. Eggplants with garlic sauce was flavorful and hot. You know it’s right off from the pan. We also asked them not to put meat in because we have vegetarians people. They are okay with it. Porkchop shrimps are a bit too over fried which makes hard to chew but still good tho. Ma po tofu is spicy and goes well with the rice :) They used nice plates that you would thought the food is small amount but it’s fairly okay becuz the plate is like a bowl in the middle. Since there’s no wait, we got enough attention from the waiters.

I’ve been a regular at this place as I work down the street. recently they made some changes to the menu and I’ve gotta say, they are making the right changes. Their food makes this Korean American soul feel like abandoning the burgers and pizzas for Jjampong(spicy seafood noodle) and Tangsooyook(sweet and sour pork). First of all, I’ve dined in both China(2-week trek through Yunnan province) and Korea(1 week trek through Seoul down to Gongju). Being in the middle of suburban Yorba Linda/Anaheim… The new menu and efforts by the management has definitely got me wanting to come back. The sweet n sour pork(tangsooyook) is prepared properly with the meat outside the suace to keep the texture crispy. A lot of restaurants like to lather the fried pork inside the sauce but that always ends up making the breading go soggy and losing it’s crisp. If I could change one thing however, the sauce and breading seem to lack some salt. The spicy seafood stew(Jjampong) was spiced just right and a great portion! The peppers they used did leave a little bitter taste(suggesting they were slightly overcooked) but again, for the OC, probably one of the best Jjampong I’ve had. and at such a great price(8 bucks!). Most restaurants give you a jjampong that tastes like its been watered down. For lunch specials I highly recommend Mapo Tofu(good flavor) and Szechuan Beef(super crispy!).

Loved this place when I walked in and was greeted warmly at the door. My take out order was brought out quickly with a smile. Food was not what the reviews reflected. Orange chicken did not have a good flavor and wasn’t edible. Broccoli Beef was very okay but would never get again. Egg flower soup had canned tomatoes??? I love tomatoes but it killed the flavor of the soup. The lady at the front was so sweet and service was great. Maybe if I order something different but based on the flavor of all the dishes I doubt I’ll be going back.
