Burger King

Bought 2 grilled classic hotdogs yesterday and upon opening the item I discovered a blacked wiener as dark as a remote control for the tv. How dare you sell some one this quality of food.

Slow and they need to update their décor and drive thru speakerphone. It takes 10 + mins for each car to get their food. Either they are short handed or they have no idea what they r doing.

I was surprised with the service and the quality of the food in this place. I went to Subway next door but was crowded people were waiting outside for service. I was in hurry to get the food, so saw this BK and decided to give it a try. When I got inside, everybody greet me, and an employee took my order promptly even though other employee was helping other customer. I ordered 10 chicken nuggets for $ 1.49, which in my opinion was a very good deal, value fries, chicken fries, and a drink. I didn’t pay $ 10 for all of that. The food was fresh, the fries, chicken fries and chicken nuggets were crispy and hot. The restaurant were very clean. Five stars for their customer service, quality of the food, and cleanliness.

I just went there, I ordered a Big King meal and a BBQ Bacon Whopper meal, both medium. Upon coming home I notice that the BBQ Whopper was actually a Whopper Jr and the Big King is literally the size of a whopper jr. The patty and look of the big king was terrible. I couldn’t verify my order on the menu screen since it was turned off. I tried to call them but the # was disconnected. The Big King is not worth $ 6 and i got screwed out of my $ 8 BBQ Whopper. Horrible. Done.

Hands down best BK I’ve been to! Good customer service!!! Food is nice and hot :) the manager is very nice and didn’t give me a hard time when I asked for lots of barbecue sauce lol he was super cool about it! You won’t regret going here.

I stopped here really just to get something quick while I waited for some friends. The place was empty. The entire dinning room to myself. The staff was super friendly. Didn’t get anything to fancy, just a plain combo. The night manager came over to me asked how I was doing. I asked her about the wrinkle fries, how they been doing. Asked if I’ve tried them yet. I said., no. She gave me her sales pitch and offered to bring me some to try out. I really didn’t expect this out of a BK’s but the staff here, blew me away. Kudos. Very impressed.

1. Location – on South Euclid Street in Anaheim next to Subway.
2. Payment method – Cash, Debit, or Credit; cost of food is fair priced.
3. Staff – I came here on an early Sunday morning. The staff wasn’t really on the same page with each other. You can tell that several of the employees were lost on the job (perhaps they were new). As I was receiving my food from the counter, I had asked if I could have some honey mustard sauce. The employee had replied that she had just run out of honey mustard sauce. Now, keep in mind, she did not even bother to look. When I told her that I thought it was weird that they were out of honey mustard sauce, she replied in a slightly irritated tone of voice that I could always make a complaint on one of the review sheets. Shortly after she had said this, another employee said that they had PLENTY of honey mustard packets in a box nearby – which reminds me of the saying, «I don’t know, I just work here…»
4. Taste/​quality – pretty much what you would expect from a fast food chain.
5. Cleanliness – it was what you would expect from a fast food chain.
Overall: The shift manager needs to school the employees that customer service is a must if they want to have repeat customers. The morning crew even left me without my drink – I had to ask for my orange juice.
On a side note: although not the store’s fault, there were kids running about like wild animals throughout the entire restaurant – I had to dodge little Pablo’s and Juanita’s as I walked to my table.

Took my daughter to BK for lunch and a frozen coke. We went through the drive thru. After leaving and being some distance away, my daughter noticed that her frozen coke was in fact half frozen coke and half chocolate shake. Some employee realized they made a mistake halfway through and instead of grabbing a new cup decided it was easier to continue with the same cup. Otherwise food is yummy and service is great.

I’ve only been here once, which was yesterday. We were the only car in the drive-​thru and the lady at the window wanted me to park somewhere out front and wait for my food. Tell me why it took a good 20 minutes ’til I got my food. I thought this was fast food!

Around lunch time my friend and I started to get hungry. It was hot (90º+) outside and we had the idea of getting something to eat and then taking it home. With several places near by, we decided on BK.
As we arrived, there wasn’t anyone in the drive thru. We get to the order speaker and we noticed that the voice taking our order didn’t sound muffled. There was no need to repeat any part of our order.
The service was fast, the person taking our order was friendly, and the food was good.

Burger King is my FAVORITE fast-​food hamburger restaurant! I like BK a lot better than McDonalds, Carls Jr, & Jack in the Box.
The whoppers are the best!
And the dessert menu BK offers is so good… funnel cakes, butterfinger or hershey pies MMmmmm! Lol
I use to go to this Anaheim location a lot after school when I was an Undergrad… but now that I go to another university for Grad school I don’t make it to this location that much but I did like their fast service :-)
