Have placed online orders for this location 2x and for both times, I’ve had no complaints. Pizza and sides arrived on time. This second time, I ordered a bit more food than before so it took 15 minutes longer than the website said, but that’s okay. The first time I ordered… I really appreciated the place calling me minutes after I placed my online order, making sure the order was correct. It was a weekend as well, so I imagine that was a smart thing to do when things are busy.

If I could chose zero stars I would. We ordered a simple pepperoni pizza at 10:40pm on Valentine’s and was told by the guy who took our order it would be 40 – 45 min. 45 min later we called to check the status and the manager Jocelyn said it would be an hour and half before they could deliver it. I asked her to cancel the order and she said she couldn’t because she didn’t know who took the order. I told her to cancel the order or bring the pizza free of charge and she denied to do either. When I asked what she was going to do to correct the Mistake they made she said she could not do anything to fix it and blamed it on the person who took the order. Terrible customer service, terrible management. The worst customer service recovery.

Just writing this for you because I ordered online and it did not let me select a single topping for my pizza and when I did it would charge me an extra $ 8 so when I call Pizzahut to have them fix it for me the guy tells me I need to contact headquarters when I tell him why you can’t help me out with that he tells me he’s not in control of that so I asked to speak to his manager and he puts me on hold for 5 minutes and then hangs up on me I call back again he does the same thing again and hangs up on I will never go to this establishment just because of their service I’ve been to plenty other Pizzahut and their service was far better I do not recommend this to anybody I live close to this place however I’ll make the trip to another Pizzahut because this place has really bad service

I placed an order and they came on time. I felt bad cause i totally forgot to tip the driver. I noticed after a couple of minutes after he left. He was very nice and helpful augh oh well next time I’ll make sure i tip him good. His name started with a D and i live at the Madison Park Apartments.

I have never had a bad experience at Pizza Hut until today I will never call them again I placed an order online and they said they called me back to confirm my order now why would I bother doing it online I called the store myself and the manager Marissa was like whatever I rather go to dominoes or Little Caesars

Usually Pizza Hut employees are rude but Julian really surprised me. The guy hooked it up with specials and was very informative. But let’s just see how the pizza is when I get it. But until then 5 stars

Wow the person on delivery calls is very… Very … Won’t say the word but I will say dense? I called for delivery and she had a very thick accent and i couldn’t even understand her. I kept telling her I wanted delievery to my job and it didn’t go through her head also, I tried ordering a dinner box and apparently she had enough dough for the ten dollar box but not for the bigger dinner box? Which is not right turning away customers for not having supplies. I should’ve read the reviews and followed them. I didn’t order anything after all and said thanks and hung up even though service was not good.

Luckily the pizza was good or I would of given a zero star if possible. Placed my order online and came in to pick up the pizza 30 minutes later. Upon entering the store I was not greeted or even acknowledged. apparently whatever the lady behind the cash register was doing was more important than helping customers. I came up to the counter and still nothing so I said hi, I placed an order for pick up. Then she’s like, name? I gave her my name and she started yelling in Spanish. Wtf? I thought she was yelling for the other workers to get my pizza but after she wandered around, she came back up to the front and took my pizza out from a bag. Regardless of what she’s dealing with she does not need to take it out on others!

Customer service is horrible. Placed on online order which got cancelled. Called to confirm my order and was told he could not find my order and he would check with his manager and got hung up on. Tried to call them back and kept getting answering machine. Finally someone answered and stated he found my order and put me on hold to print my ticket. He got back on the phone and asked me what my order was when I asked why I had to repeat my order he said my previous order was cancelled. So why was I placed on hold to print a ticket for an order they did not have? Never ordering from them again.

Management at this Pizza Hut on Euclid & orange was very rude. I couldn’t quite understand what she was saying so she gave me the biggest attitude. I was not pleased with her service so instead of buying a big order of pizza for dinner for my family and I tonight we went to Subway instead. Not coming here again.

Delivery took about 30 minutes. When I asked for crushed chili and parmesan he said he’ll go get it from his car, but I guess he got lost cause he never showed back up. Weather than that, pizza was delish.

This pizza hut is so unorganized we called to place an order. The man on the phone told us 45min an hour later the pizza still hadn’t gotten to our home so we called to see how much longer it was going to take and it turned out the man never placed the order for us! They need to teach their employees how to place orders correctly so people aren’t waiting around for a pizza that’s never going to come!

It sucks that I don’t remember the drivers name it was a four letter name maybe Juan. I’m not sure! But he was really friendly asked how was my day was etc. He even actually arrived early before the delivery time. I ordered it at 12:38 pm and it was supposed to be delivered at 1:07 but arrived at 12:53 pm :)

Remember to always check your order before the delivery guy leaves. They have a frequent problem with not giving you everything you ordered. Especially if you ordered ranch, blue cheese or extra icing.

I have had TWO terrible experiences at this Pizza Hut… First one: Placed an online order for traditional wings, because I cannot eat the breading. Received the breaded boneless wings instead. Called to ask for the correct order, and they told me I’d have to «pay again because I ordered it wrong.» And of course, since Pizza Hut’s website is confusing, I couldn’t find my order to verify this, but regardless they were rude and unwilling to help me. Second: Decided to give them another chance. Placed an order for wings(making SURE to click«traditional» this time) at 9:30pm. 10:30 rolls around and I get a call in broken english telling me to open the door. Because of her poor english I assumed she meant the front gate of my apartment complex. Went to open it and there was no one there. I was then told that the driver knocked on the door, got no answer, and left. Considering we live in a 500 sqft, one bedroom apartment and were directly next to our front door, I seriously doubt he was knocking on OUR door. So I demanded another driver come out, and a half an hour later, I got a knock. Opened the door, handed the driver my credit card. He looked confused. He then takes it out of my hand, gets on his iPhone, and calls what I assume was the Pizza Hut… tells them my card number in spanish at LEASTTWENTYTIMES over about twenty minutes. Finally I asked him why I should be paying for the order at all, because it had been nearly two hours and my food was cold(as was I, standing in my doorway at 11pm in October.) He looked confused again, gave me my card back, took the receipt and said«Okay, I’ll tell them.» and left. And of course, I look at my credit card statement today — they still charged me. Their english is so poor at the establishment(I could barely understand the woman over the phone so I asked for the manager, and she claimed she WAS the manager!) that I am hesitant to even call to demand that they reverse the charge. Worst case scenario, I am going to call my credit card company, considering I didn’t even sign the receipt. NEVERAGAIN!!! Their wings are good but it is NOT worth it…
