I recommend this place for men’s perms. Just call beforehand and give yourself a couple hours at the shop. Also helps to come in with a photo. When I came in today they already knew I was coming in for a perm so they welcomed me and sat me down immediately for shampooing. All of the staff were really friendly and the lady helping me seemed to have plenty experience in perming. I’ve had one other time getting a perm and they definitely did not have as much skill or experience. My curlers felt secure and tight, my hair was very neatly parted, and it came out great! I was very impressed with their work on my hair!

never ever get your hair cut in this place because they have no respect for my father who is a senior citizen. the stylist was suppose to cut my dad’s hair had the nerve to skip my father and help the next guy just because my dad went to the restroom. you messed up big, you only cared about getting your commission trying to rush. customer service was lousy the way you treated my fathere, why would you tell my dad to sit in the chair to cut his hair if you’re not going to show some courtesy and wait, he told you he was coming back. then you had the nerve to tell my father to wait a minute or two! why didn’t you wait a minute or two? this is bull shit and your place is rated a zero for the dumb stylist who didn’t handle the situation in a fair manner? you treat people the way you want to be treated. hot cuts hair salon sucks sucks sucks! don’t waste your time nor money?

Went here last week without any appointment, and even though it was 45 minutes before closing time, they were able to have my hair colored. The job was done okay, for the price. The place could be cleaner & tidier. 0 star for this since all their personal belongings are on the counter & trash cans were so full plus dirty floor. If you’re in a rush, and need just touch up for your roots, then this place is okay. 5 star though for staff’s friendliness.

If I could give a zero I would. I went there today for a haircut and got jacked up. I had clumps of hair missing and it was uneven. The man dry cut my hair and then when he was done put oil in my hair. I couldn’t tell how the cut was due to the oil. I went home washed my hair and attempted to style it and found out my hair was really bad.
I went back to them and said I would like to speak to the manager and was told he is not here. I told them I want my money back that my hair is awful. I was then told that my hair was a good cut. That there are different types of layers. I demanded my money back and the lady said that I went home and did that to my own hair. I told her she was freaking psyco and to give me my money back and then I was told the manager would be there at 6:30. Everyone was yelling at me telling me that my hair is fine and that is the style. I told her to get him on the phone or I call the cops. At that point she reluctantly got the manger on the phone after my repeated insistence. Spoke with the manager and then he instructed the woman to give me my money back. The woman did not know how to process a return or to void out the transaction. She attempted several times to charge me for another haircut. I had to walk her through it. She wanted to run my card and charge me again. After I started telling her what buttons to push and myself doing the return I got my money back after 20 minutes of hassle. She tried to keep both receipts and my card. I snatched them both out of her hand.
DONT EVER GO THERE!

At first I was a little hesitant on going into this place to get my nails done but since this place was close by I decided to check it out. I got service right away and the workers were friendly! I got a gel manicure and it turned out great! I would definitely recommend getting Kim she is very hard working and did a good job:)

I went on a girls day out and got a gel manicure. That was only two days ago. My nails are itching and inflamed. One finger the skin around the nail has turned yellow and is throbbing.
When I went in to get a refund I was appalled by their customer service. First they said I had peeled of the missing ones. Then they tried to say that because I had never had the gel done before it was a allergic reaction. After settling allergies don’t turn skin yellow they told me «You put something on it at home to turn it. They claimed the mannager was out and SHE would be right back when I said to call him they said HE is not in town. Then they claimed they had no way to reach HIM.
They say the guarntee for a week but wouldnt refund after 2 days.

LOVE MY HAIRCUT!!! It took me a long time to find a stylist that knows how to fade. I enjoy the time they spend on my haircut. Not rushing at all. The price is affordable. I recommend Kathy.
