Ate here for lunch today thanks to my boss giving me a gift card here. It has gone a complete inside renovation since I went in last(but the sign on the outside looks the same). The place is spacious, but confusing– 2 order lines separated by a rack of chips… Where do I go? Maybe I should just stage dive through them… I was the only person in there, and it seemed like it took forever(all I wanted was a meatball sub with cheese only not too tough). When they got the order going, they were pretty nice– I guess I am just not used to Subway. Another thing I noticed– it seemed like it was only footlongs now– is that true? Maybe I just wasn’t paying enough attention. The place was clean and pretty much had photos of everything you could put on a sub, so that was good. They even scored a 100 on their health inspection(phew). They have Coke on the free-refill status, with Mello-Yello and Powerade! If you want a basic sub around North Point, go for it, but these days it seems like there is soo much to offer in the sandwich world, Subway is unfortunately near the bottom of my list.
