Is Romeos closed? I hope not !! As a person from NY I like their pizza very much.

over an hour and a half delivery on a Sunday night and the food was pretty bland. Calzone was no where near as good as mellow mushroom or ippolitos. Only called because we had a mailer. Probably won’t call again.

I ate here for lunch. The inside just seemed very dirty with uncleaned tables and floors that need sweeping. There’s not a lot of signage inside so you order off a laminated menu at the register– the space just looks very generic. I ordered 2 individual slices, cheese and pepperoni. The pizza was not very good, bland taste nothing special. One of the employees smokes a cigarette near the patio area outside the shop and then walks to the kitchen– HUGE turn off at a food place. Anyways I def will not return!

Decent slices when ordering in, but sketchy delivery from my experience and reading other reviews. Today I ordered a pepperoni and sausage strombol and got a cheese and tomato stromboli with literally 1 piece of pepperoni wedged in on top. WTF. Won’t do that again.

Got my pizza and it was not what we ordered. So we trashed it and took off to Johnny’s New York Pizza in Alpharetta!

Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thy Romeo? Oh boy, this is good pizza! We love Romeo’s pizza and the salad is delish and the balsamic vinaigrette is yum as well. I have found the service to be great and very attentive. My kids love the«as much meat as you can» pie and we love the crust. Plain cheese is always good for them as well. But, try the house salad, it’s really good and chock full of nice veggies.

The service was terrible! the person who took my order didn’t listen and was rude. When they delivered the pizza is was completely wrong! When I called the manager he said«we made a mistake do you wanna just buy your pizza somewhere else» I say yes!!! It’s too bad because the pizza was good. I won’t be back…

3 strikes and you’re out. Consistently bad. Friday/Saturday nights are chaos with staff bickering in front of customers. Bad management. Asked for fresh made slice to go and said I would gladly wait for it, came back in 10 minutes to 2 luke warm slices that were obviously re-heated, raw green bell pepper sprinkled on top. Gross. A hit or miss spot that I surely will not miss. Try Vintage pizza instead.

I have eaten there 10 times so far. I love their pies. My 11 year old looked the pizza and said yuk because it was not covered in cheeses like a cheap pizza — he could see the sauce. However once he took a bite he loved it, So: I have order the pies done well to make sure the crust has a little crisp to it. This ensures I can fold the slice and ti will not flop over.

My wife and I ordered a large pizza for delivery based on the other reviews we saw on Unilocal. We’re usually reluctant to order from new pizza places in this area, sticking more to Domino’s and Papa John’s, because there seems to be a new one popping up and then closing down almost monthly. The quality and value are very inconsistent. We were very pleasantly surprised. Despite being late on a Sunday night, the pizza came early and was still hot. Crust was nice and crunchy and the toppings and sauce were great. I thought the price was a bit high — each topping is an add-from the cheese pizza — but it’s probably worth it for the quality. We’ll be adding this to the rotation for sure.

It’s true. There is a big difference between box delivery and the New York style masterpieces these guys make. We’re not talking extravagant, gourmet pies, here. It’s a simple pie, but it’s a simple pizza done very, very well. Hot & fresh, don’t burn your tongue in haste to taste the first bite. Give it a little time. It’ll be worth it. The crust and the sauce make this pizza. It’ll transport you to NY. And service was fast & friendly. I have no real criticisms of this place – only one suggestion for their management: Get more of your supplies from local sources. I happened to be there when a semi pulled up to make a delivery. Source more stuff locally. It’ll add a little something more to the good stuff they already make. But make no mistake. I’ll happily return to this establishment when I’m next in the area. Holler if you’re coming with.

I would have loved to try the pizza but I unfortunately couldn’t due to the incompetence of the staff. I called in on a Friday evening to place a delivery order, upon asking whether they delivered to Alpharetta I was told yes. Once I had given the young lady our order she asked for my address to confirm the delivery. 1−½ hours went by before we decided to call and find out where our order was, we were told that it was in route and could expect it in 15 minutes. We waited for another 15 minutes and received a phone call from the staff member letting us know that we were 4 miles outside of their delivery area and they would not be able to deliver the pizza to us. Obviously you see the poor customer service that is allowed at the counter which I’m sure translates directly to the service and competence of the rest of the staff.

As an authentic Brooklyn Boy now residing in Woodstock, I can boast that I know what NY pizza should taste/smell/look and feel like. These guys, or should I say«dese guys» have done it right. The crust was as it should be. .. crispy and firm, yet foldable, and not too thick or doughy. The cheese should have a cheesy flavor and aroma and the sauce should have a liitle zest to it. And it should be served hot. .. just a bit too hot to handle is A-OK. I can tell you, Romeo’s did not disappoint me. In fact, I was overwhelmingly delighted. I will state that it was the best pizza I have had since I moved here.

Moved here from Philly seven years ago and I have been searching for pizza the reminds me of home ever since. Tried a whole bunch of places in North Fulton and never found a place that stuck. I concur with Mike T – this place nailed it. I am dinging it one star only because the price per topping is a bit high. If you want real NY-style pizza, then Romeo’s is the place.

This was my first time here after Pizza Vito closed months ago. I ordered a single slice of pizza, pepperoni, black olive and onion. While the pizza was in the oven they asked mentioned they like to cook the pizza well done giving the crust a nice crisp unless otherwise specified. I thought that was a nice touch to ask and went ahead with it. The crust was nice and crispy, the slice was a good size and I liked it. Toppings were fresh, it hit the spot. They offer three specialty pizzas, three subs, salads, wings and the usual apps associated with a pizza joint(garlic bread, mozzarella sticks, etc.) They have wine and five beers including Peroni, nice touch. To Recap: The Good: The pizza is a nice lunch time addition to my local rotation. They have a little patio off to the side, so I may even dine in next visit. The toppings were fresh, the crust was crispy and had a nice flavor to it. They had a local artist paint a mural of mutants on the wall, I would have liked to see bicycles with pizza for wheels, just my two cents :), but having someone local do something to make the place a little unique is appreciated. The Bad: Nothing too serious, I would love to see fresh basil added as a topping(in their defense they do carry over 20 toppings, so there is a nice selection), and over $ 4 for one slice is pushing my limit for a non-Antico style pizza, but it isn’t a budget buster by any means. The Band This Restaurant Most Resembles: Neon Trees. A few catchy tunes if you catch them on the radio.
