Generally very good service, but occasionally there is a bit of officiousness. I sent a laptop to my company the other day, using the very same box that it was shipped to me in, via FedEx. The employee refused to take it and insisted in repackaging it(at my expense, of course), in a special«laptop box». I acquiesced, but after he had repackaged it, told me it wouldn’t fit into his special laptop box, and he put it in a(bigger) regular box. I understand the need for rules and to protect themselves against hastily packaged(which this was not) expensive items getting damaged, but to tell me rules required a special box, and then not use it? C’mon. I’ll be trying another local place next time.
