I had a very poor experience where there was a shooting and my apartmemt was hit with stray bullets. Even though my child’s bedroom and bathroom was riddled with bullet holes, they would not break my lease. Management did not come to check if me or my family was ok. Police came and tore up the walls and my child’s mattress to retrieve bullets and the damage as yet to be repaired.
We could have been keep killed and management did not care. Very disappointing, especially from a tenant that paid rent on time every month.
