Rack Room Shoes

Great selection and I was excited to hear they have BOGO going on. A pair for my boyfriend and a pair for me! There were 2 young guys working and they were extremely pleasant and helpful. Definitely will be back!

This was my first time at Rack Room Shoes. The Alpharetta location is located in a plaza with a SuperTarget, Dollar Store and Marshall’s. Helliner greeted me as soon as I entered and was super helpful as I tried on shoes. If you’re in need of boots, you’ll find a number of options here with wide calf sizes available. Have I had popeye sized calves my entire life or do these boots run small? Let’s move on. The current promotion is buy one pair get the second half off. Plus, there’s a 15% coupon on the rack room shoes website, valid through 1÷6÷15. They also offer a rewards program and mobile coupons. The store’s smaller than DSW, but the prices are reasonable and the service feels more personal.

Selection ok, they allow clearance in the BOGO 50% off which is nice but that’s the best I can say about this place.
The assistant manager helped me, middle aged black women. She was nice enough but as soon as I had questions about a complicated return/​exchange she got an attitude. She seemed annoyed that I didn’t understand their store policy verbatim.
Another employee was there & was much friendlier, greeted me with a wide smile & pointed me to where I needed to go.
So back to my return. One item I wanted wasn’t in the store so I had to have it shipped to my home. Having just recently moved, my address has changed. Instead of verifying my address or even asking if it was right she had the shoes shipped to the old address! Argh! Now I have to make a trip across town to get my package!
Sadly this is the closest RRS to my new place but I don’t think I’ll be here very often
