This place was great deal when I moved in — the price was affordable however after being bought out by a new company they raised prices significantly! They are also only giving tenants a certain number of months before they are«kicking» them out and making them move to an upgraded apt. This time frame is unacceptable and unless they plan on working around the clock the deadline is NOT going to happen. Then there is the water. Originally there was a set rate but once the new management took over the water changed, keep in mind this is within the lease time frame where you had a «set price». This amount was clearly marked into the contract that was signed. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and my monthly water went from 41 $ to 60 $ per month! When I called to have them explain this to me they claimed they weren’t charging tenants for sewer. Well lets see … The water in front of our building that is standing in the grass by the drain or the tenant upstairs that has a pond or something on his patio that always has water running or maybe the constant EVERYDAY water that is on the pavement in front of the clubhouse … Do you think those could have anything to do with all of the sewer and water usage. I also talked to the manager who claimed that my bill would only be 41 $ per month and yet when I call to have it adjusted they told me that I was incorrect. I have been happy until this and have had no other problems but this is ridiculous! So … Unless you want to pay a ridiculous amount for water, please keep in mind a friend of mine has a 3k sq foot house and her bill runs 76 $ per month, I would not recommend this place to anyone!

This was my first apartment when I moved out of my parent’s house. I was in college, working part-time and thought I had it made. Boy, was I wrong. I was naïve to think that the cheap prices were a good deal. I learned the hard way, «you get what you pay for.» Yeah, the prices are cheap, but that’s for a reason. For example, the cockroaches, the over-stuffed and smelly trash compactor, the water leaks, the paper-thin walls, super-on-sale-mega-cheap carpet, the outdated and broken appliances, broken doors/locks/windows, and last but not least, the crime. Crime, you ask? Drug dealers all over the place and frequent break-ins. If I had a nickle for every time I saw an exchange take place, I’d be sitting pretty in a mansion. Seeing a car on cinder blocks is common too. I learned real quick that this place is on the bottom of the totem-pole. The only reason this gets a star is because there are a lot of trees around the complex and it’s really pretty in the fall. That, and giving no stars isn’t possible.
